I’m wondering who is the oldest voice actor in the cast, because would be tragic if one of them past away. And thinking now who would replace the original perfect voice??!
who would replace the original perfect voice??!
Nolan North

Apperantly star wanted to return to TF2 back when MM came out, but "nobody asked him to". lmao tbh, and also for the better because mym was a catastrophe
So he's a vampire? You have to invite him inside your home for him to be able to come in?
Nolan north should replace star
I had to mess with Steam support to get my old Steam account back because supposedly someone got into my account while I was away and changed the mobile phone on it to theirs. I redownloaded TF2 and apparently someone had taken all of my Strange weapons.
I wouldn't be bothered by this if they hadn't also taken my Strange Specialized Killstreak Natascha. I put a lot of time and effort to get that Strange Natascha when it was first introduced and immediately grinded out a really cool kit for it when they were added. It really hurts to see my favorite item stolen because I know I would never sell it. I had over 3,000+ kills on it so even if I get a new one, it's years of work gone. :(
The deploy penalty doesn't even work on the atomizer to prevent quickswitch bypass. You can do a triple jump as soon as the weapon is out, and then switch off of it. What they really need is a holster penalty, so it takes time to switch back.
Nolan north should replace star
Oh god that'd be perfect
Imagine Nolan trying to do star's "veteran player reacts to garbage players" routine while actually playing like the clueless dad who doesn't play videogames he is.
I'd pay to see Nolan and Nathan play TF2 together.
How to best play medic and complete my support contracts? Main thing is my teammates seem to be afraid of communication and conflict and whenever I uber them they kinda just either walk the wrong direction or if they're a heavy they stop moving, stand stock still, and just plink away at long range targets with their minigun.
i just spent an hour trying to look for a vanilla community server so I could play with mods, and after putting in about 50 different "do not include" filters, I was still overrun by brony x100 trade deathrun minecraft servers and the only server playing a vanilla map that wasn't hightower or 2fort had 6 reserved slots while the rest were full making it one big cocktease, while actual vanilla servers like TFCrew have been empty for the last 3 weeks
what the fuck valve please just disable sv_hitler 1 and let me use different animations in first person you fucks
Uber those, who have hats and higher level. If you don't communicate with team via voice chat, that is.
I don't know, what else should I tell you.

Try to uber people who look like they have played the game for more than two seconds, or use voice chat to communicate your intentions, even the most brain dead of players can understand that 80% of the time.

Don't have any friends that play? It'd be much easier that way.
So in relation to the detail sprites on Mossrock, Banana Bay, Enclosure, and Lazarus (i.e. the floating white squares), I think I may have found something that hopefully actually means something.
If you decompress and decompile any of those four maps and extract the files packed in them, you will find a file called something like detail_orchid.vbsp. Looking through it and the Valve Developer Wiki, it seems that this file is what controls the locations and behavior of the detail sprites (materials/detail/detailsprites_orchid in this case) in relation to the player.
Now, I'm no mapper, so I can't say officially that it means anything, but at the end of each detail, there are two groups that only have their alpha values set. This might be part of the reason for the sprites not rendering. Can anyone more familiar with the topic shed some light? I can't seem to find another map as an example.
Edit: seems other detail sheets from the base game have empty groups as well, so I wouldn't get excited.

Did you manage to get anything back yet? I'm pretty sure steam support can restore items.

we've all seen custom textures and sounds mess up back during gun mettle and invasion because the files were packed into the compressed community maps instead of dumped into the main game files. could it be the same problem happening here?

I'd imagine they're the little TV-like badges you can get for donating during the charity Stream like this one.

Not sure. I suppose it's possible. When was the last time that Valve added new detail sprites?
The "Fraudelent Use" may refer to the EOTL Key incident where EOTL Keys were sold for very little.
Hack into account, buy EOTL Key packages, get into a server with your main, get keys, sell em.
Just got another update. 8.8 MB, did anyone else get it?
its just re-skins of the old tv-styled badges with different faces on them
Yet no pyro particle fixes...
Yet no pyro particle fixes...
Still hoping they'd at least make them a little transparent or something.
You literally can't see the pyro M1'ing if you're on the same level as them due to the particles being bright as fuck.
I can't fucking stand teammates that just refuse to Spycheck and let the 3 enemy spies harass our snipers and engies on a constant basis.
I can't fucking stand teammates that just refuse to Spycheck and let the 3 enemy spies harass our snipers and engies on a constant basis.
It's worse if you got like 3-4 Pyros that don't even bother spychecking so you have to do it.
