not so much replace files, but adding VMT files to the base VPK, as well as modifying a txt file in the base VPK as well. My big issue is that i cannot get the game to launch correctly. If i remove the base VPK files, i get the valve logo, a quick loading image with a blurry HL2 background, before quickly crashing. I've tried the custom folder thingy, both in a VPK style, and VMT folders style, but no dice.
Also i am testing it on 2fort, as it has some missing replacement textures to test on

I find Vaccinator alot more useful than a medigun in pubs atm, since with Vaccinator I can defend myself from Pyros who kill me in 1 second through my pocket while I'm using a medigun.

Don't know if it's possible but a Milliner's Cup special with all the item makers who've been here over the years could be fun if enough folks joined in. I'm pretty certain some folks here could knock out a neat medal for it in their sleep. :v:
