Gotta do it once again. I'm going to reach Gold Dueling Badge this time. 289 duels won, and a lot of spare time to accomplish it.
I wonder what the makers of really old community maps like turbine are doing now. edit: first page king! (User was banned for this post ("'page king'" - Gurant))
I wonder what the makers of really old community maps like turbine are doing now.
probably left years ago like everyone else?
I wonder what the makers of really old community maps like turbine are doing now. edit: first page king!
Flobster plays dota now.
I wonder what the makers of really old community maps like turbine are doing now. edit: first page king!
Presumably migrated to MOBAs, arena shooters like PUBG or Fortnite, or Hero Shooters like Overwatch.
so valve i know you're working on the smissmas ([t]https://facepunch.com/fp/ratings/rainbow.png[/t]) but if you can hotfix the 100 blood money keyless skin crate to not give civil servant every time that would be nice.
Holy shit, uncut TF2 looks gorgeous and I can finally experience it

I had one more gunslinger crit kill to go and I managed to get it, but the contracter didn't count it. I am so salty from trying to complete this bonus oh my lord.
Here's a blast from the past. In hindsight, the lyrics to this song kind of encapsulate my feelings playing Highlander and maining Spy. Makes me real nostalgic for all the fun (and stress) I had playing HL and the friends I made there. Unfortunately, HL is getting smaller every season and a lot of my favorite people have left...
I was just in a server with two people using that refresh hack people were talking about before, allowing them to get infinite medkits and cap the point instantly well they could cap the point instantly, if they werent sitting around on a payload map, spamming shitty binds and trying to vote kick people (all the vote kicks failed) from the corner of the map akwardly waiting for the map to change while gasping for air like fish out of water, they finally left after two rounds of goldrush while begging us to play dustbowl when the map vote screen popped up, it was kind of funny but in a sad way
Do you guys think the medic sees the world in sillygibs? He is German, and insane. For all we know he thinks those organs he's collecting are just springs and clocks.
Do you guys think the medic sees the world in sillygibs? He is German, and insane. Medic is quite lucid, knows exactly what he's doing and takes great glee in it, no matter how insane it is. Like installing baboon uteruses into the TFC team in the comics. The man's crazy, but not that kind of crazy.

Then, what the heck kind of organs is the medic collecting with the vita-saw?
kidneys and livers i assume

How do you beat that wave in Intermediate Coaltown with the concheror soldiers and medics?
How do you beat that wave in Intermediate Coaltown with the concheror soldiers and medics?
I'm not sure which wave and mission you're specifically talking about, but any good Demoman, Sniper or Spy should make quick work of waves like that.
I'm not sure which wave and mission you're specifically talking about, but any good Demoman should make quick work of waves like that.
FTFY. Spy is utterly useless in MvM.
Spy is utterly useless in MvM.
I respectfully disagree. Although newbie spy players on MvM become cannon fodder because of their impatience, not using DR and not knowing what to upgrade, spies can melt giants (specially giant medics, which never turn - only their pockets do) and small groups of robots (using the sapper to stun them all and backstab them). If you sap uber medics and you die because of whatever reason, your team can still take those medics out without the fear of popping them. They can slow giant scouts down and oftentimes kill them with a few backstabs, and they make robots with above-average health like Samurai Demos, Rapid Fire Bowmans, Steel Gauntlet (Pushers), etc... completely trivial and easy to take down. Even if the Spy is being aggro'd by a giant, their distraction can make it easier for other teammakes to take such giant down, moreso if it's a giant soldier which shoots slow rockets, for example. It's a much riskier class to play than, say, a Sniper, and they don't have the tank-busting ability that Demomen have (although I heard that upgrading the revolver's firing speed against tanks help, but I never tried it and I doubt it's as effective as a Demoman), but they do have a place in MvM as effective medic killers, giant busters, and even taking care of small robots.
FTFY. Spy is utterly useless in MvM.
I guess that's one way to call one of the most overpowered class in MvM
Good, and classes like soldier/demo/heavy and even a scout can even do better than spy.
I've seen Spy outdamaging those classes at times, and at worst they lag behind ~15000 damage points at least at the end of a mission. It seems like your view of Spy is tarnished because some players might've performed below-average - I suggest you to play Spy on MvM bootcamp, on a mission you're most comfortable with, and try it out. It's an exciting and fun class to play when you know the ropes and your team will appreciate you and your contributions.

the mumbo jumbo technical details don't matter. he's just trying to "correct people". the matter at hand is new flames act like a unmissable aura and joe 10 hour pyro does as much damage potential as bob 10,000 hour pyro who actually tries to control his flames. pyro fights are hilariously sad as they both plop down dead at the same time, every single time. you could hate the old flames as much as you want but they still required actual leading and aim.
Thoughts?
horrible intro horrible hud sort it out minty coffee SMH
Thoughts?
I mean half way into the video he starts saying that something IS broken and gives suggestions on how to fix it. Kinda stopped after that.
