Keep in mind apparently at valve mistakes aren't frowned upon, i think the handbook says every mistake is an opportunity to learn, so valve employees may be resistant to admitting mistakes and backtracking on them.

IDK if you guys know but there's a site with a "community quickplay" that organizes community servers by gamemode and other tags like alltalk, nocrit, etc. I found it the other day and experiences vary by server but the site is pretty good for finding games. I wonder if we'll get another update before 2018.

why would the game tease me with this [t]https://i.imgur.com/P5uFFH4.png?1[/t] and instead give me this [t]https://i.imgur.com/kJVKpL7.png?1[/t] why cant we just randomize the skins we get so there is an actual value to opening a crate

I really hope that the tf2 team comes out with a war paint tool system like CS:GO workshoppers have, that way we can set up orientation correctly if we really wanted to and not have to cross our fingers for a seed that gives us a slim chance of perfect horizontal/vertical aligning instead. Some war paints definitely need that, and right now the closest thing we have to getting this feature is to let the tf2 team know in the dev comments of war paint submissions. I'm not quite sure if they read those though, since I've only made one war paint that'd need a setup like the Bomber Soul. Crossing my fingers for sometime next year. It'd be real nice to have.

It's a weird workaround that all workshoppers currently have to do, but it's definitely doable until we get proper support. A bit difficult for newcomers, but there's handy guides on Steam that explain things pretty nicely.

MUS's death(as a whole) was nominated for Facepunch's worst post of the year.

I just snagged a circling heart better Team Cap- I mean Patriot Peak for rather cheap. This is a keeper for sure
that pink paint isn't though
that pink paint isn't though
If you have an unusual any paint goes as long as it either fits the effect or hat, in my opinion. Any preconceived notions of fitting colors in tf2 goes straight out the window already by just having an effect on a hat, mind as well go all out.
Speaking about that, I'm hoping for new combination of paints in the future (ex: pastel pink/green to get rid of their brighter versions, new team color variants, etc.)
Idea for a grenade launcher: the opposite of the iron bomber, grenades have a lot of bounce and roll, and have a longer detonation timer. Like the grenades in meet the demoman.
Idea for a grenade launcher: the opposite of the iron bomber, grenades have a lot of bounce and roll, and have a longer detonation timer. Like the grenades in meet the demoman.
we don't need more randomness and undeserved kills in tf2
I agree I guess (am in favor of removing random crits) but who really gets kills by rollers often? Especially if they take longer to detonate so you can see them for longer and avoid them. editL could just be a quake reskin like the original with the quake bounce sounds.
How about let's not give demoman even more weapons and instead focus on heavy
How about let's not give demoman even more weapons and instead focus on heavy
And engineer, and medic, and spy. And have more than like two useful melees for each class.
