Where are these stats from though? I sort of figured there would be more owners by now, with all the media exposure.
Where are these stats from though? I sort of figured there would be more owners by now, with all the media exposure.
It's exposure, sure, but the game isn't that cheap. In comparison, Bad Rats is dirt cheap, also more enjoyable than this pile of hot garbage.
Or perhaps it just took Valve that long. First time I refuded a game, it took a week. After all, when you submit the refund, you still have the game on your profile and can keep playing if for some reason if that's what you wish to do, however the hour count will rise and the guy who'll look up your refund attempt will probably find you to be an idiot. It could be possible that those refunds were made days ago and they have just finished sorting them out.
Also...would the Navy even allow you to have that haircut? Don't know in America, but Italian navy DEFINITELY wouldn't allow an haircut that long
It wouldn't be allowed in the US Navy at all, let alone any branch of the military iirc. There are specific regulations for personal appearance throughout each branch of the US military, and all of them would have had that shaved off immediately.
Who/what/why? Never heard of the guy. Any interesting stories?
Bolloxed is this person who plays full walkthroughs on YouTube; usually Source engine games. She pretended that she had an entire Half-Life collection to sell because she "lost her 50k", that is literally just a picture from another video. Uses her dog to make people and the developers feel bad and act like she's a victim. Produces click bait videos, then says "haha shitpost, funny". And just overall an asshole. I don't even think she gave them 50k, as there is no evidence that she did, at least from what I know.
It's a long and kind of complex one but basically a bunch of backstabs, being a general dick to the larger community as a whole, and doing things like modifying Ethosaur's PTSD mod to add "special easter eggs, just for him" to it, saying shit like when Moddergadist hasn't spoken to him since Bolloxed backstabbed Ethosaur.

???
I guess it wasn't obvious enough that the post was in past-tense? :\
I guess it wasn't obvious enough that the post was in past-tense? :\
Since this is about CS:S, "could" in this context can just mean that the game has been superceded by a new one and that the person speaking doesnt play it anymore. Leave the poor guy alone, I made the same mistake while reading that post.
Considering I was replying to a post that was also using past-tense to describe a situation, I figured it was pretty obvious. I guess not, though. Perhaps it was the "and it would still work" part that was creating some confusion. I meant it as in "even though it was spelled wrong, it would still work as a legitimate console command nonetheless". Wops!
Bolloxed is probably the last person to respect, trust, and follow in the Half-Life community, let alone in general.
Come on, it's just his fault. No one forced him to do it. He just hoped it would be a good investment after all.
I guess it wasn't obvious enough that the post was in past-tense? :\
Okay? And people also use the same vocabulary and context when talking about previous iterations of a series "I remember in borderlands when you could put elements on your ability" (You still can do that, but you can't in borderlands 2) Or, a more relevant example: "I remember in 1.6 when you could use a shield and nightvision!" (You still can use nightvision and a shield, but you can't in CS:GO) So why you're being an ass to that guy I have no idea, when he's completely in the right
So why you're being an ass to that guy I have no idea, when he's completely in the right
*She. And sorry, but I really don't care who was at fault over something so small. Can we talk about the game again please?
No, this is personal now. Sorry.
1.9GB update, anyone got a changelog? Someone on discord said
Features an entirely original story New Characters New Weapons Amazing Voice Acting More Than 30 New Levels Improved Gameplay 6-8 Hour Gameplay 45 to 90 Minutes of Cutscenes HTC VIVE SUPPORT Original Soundtrack

Original Soundtrack
So soundtrack was stolen before?
its gonna be awkward when they give a commentary about the 15 minutes long gun range sections of the game
my biggest pet peeve is the fact that mitchell's entire attire doesnt look like a HECU operator at all [img_thumb]https://i.imgur.com/ivOInoB.png[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/fb7374f79c39ade1b75bbbbb5a66ea82.jpg[/img_thumb] just why
Every time I saw screenshots I got so fucking confused.
1.9GB update, anyone got a changelog? Someone on discord said
...vive support...? to make the pipe climbing more nauseating?
Every time I saw screenshots I got so fucking confused. Like. How does this happen? How?
They think they know better than the original devs, by giving him more "modern" SWAT-style urban camo and a modern-style CQB vest compared to the period-accurate nineties-gulf-war-with-sci-fi gear that the real HECU have.
The game will never be complete until we get our 7 season SFM series and a movie.

Fantastic, the update pretty much broke the specular mapping on all weapons. [t]https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/413757278974378003/421776342514925568/unknown.png[/t] oh yeah and you now get a nice screenfull of missing texture when you're in fullscreen underwater too now because of course you do
Fuck it, we'll do it live.
oh yeah and you now get a nice screenfull of missing texture when you're in fullscreen underwater too now because of course you do
The best update what I ever seen in this game. Devs stopped care about game anymore I think.
The gift that keeps on giving everyone a headache.
so as it turns out, anyone could ping @everyone in the discord for the longest time and nobody found out until now [t]https://my.mixtape.moe/nirenz.png[/t]

Except Marine elements of SOF still remain strict to their hair standards it seems. Each branch has its own regs regarding hair, and each branch has customs on who has "big enough balls" for those rules not to apply officially to them anymore. And some jobs have a culture of ignoring/loosely enforcing regs. And HECU is a marine unit. In the games HECU is referred to as SF. When in reality theres army units designed with similar ideas in mind ( CBRNE environment specification) and they're usually fat, and the farthest from SF. HECU is kind of a dumb thing story wise, they should've just been MARSOC or Recon, but valve wrote it in the 90s, so fuck it. Source: Variety of experiences
Someone have made the hair that actually fit Mitchell's character. Hooray!
