most of the effort in this hud was of moving the weapon meters (example: sandman charge meter) to be next to the ammo count and to not conflict

Especially when he/she/it starts going off the trail and talking about cyber bullying. It doesn't make sense to include that on a (Joke) HUD review, let alone use it multiple times during their 'essay' review.

Keep in mind that the person who took the screenshot has bad aliasing. While the coloring doesn't fit TF2, I'd bet that it looks way better when on higher settings.
