I've heard people pronounce mine "Mort-eye-mer".
Nobody has really messed up my name, which is pretty lucky. Turbocop messed up my name during a cast but fixed himself later
People don't misspell my name, given as its only 3 letters, but they usually pronounce it "pay". Also people make life of pi jokes

if I had a dollar for every "salty penis LOL" I've ever seen since 2005 I'd be a wealthy man
I know that my name is too difficult, so I usually just roll with "vcr". I've been called lolv, lolvy and tape a lot and the rest of people usually just have had no idea what to make out of my name.
People confuse me with ottoman sometimes.
I was VinceD for a while until some twelve year old told me "go suck a D, VinceD" I dropped the D shortly after :(
I've also been putting messages like #scrobbling in my name when I'm scrobbling on lastfm and people call me "scrooble", like what and my TF2 team PIKE PLACE used the tag PIKE and people used to call me Pike... it got worse when more of my teammates joined the server and still called us PIKE... How hard is it to read someone's name correctly?

Yeah umm, wich one?
Oh dear, deja vu. Sometimes I hear people occasionally mispronounced my nick in full, but scrub's easier because it works everytime.

coo-flux, every time
Mag-spee, Maj-spy. How hard is it to pronounce Magypsy? It's just like magic gypsy. I got called Mecspy the other day, Christ.
I seriously thought I was the only one who gets their screen name slaughtered constantly. I'm actually quite glad to know I'm not alone in that aspect! I get called "Giselle" probably more often than how its correctly pronounced.
My name is near-constantly spelled as "Oscid". And then there's guys on the mic pronouncing it "Orchid". Also, here's a quote I forgot to post earlier.
I get called blackavitar or blackbear every once in a while, and when people pronounce it in voice chat they usually say black-ay-var, when it's really just a very lazy black-uh-var
People call me "Jeep" all the time. Is it so hard to see the s?
"Elia" is pretty easy so no one ever mispells it
Eral de Dawod :tinfoil:
I get called Window all the bloody time. I refuse to answer them now.
"Yogscast please heal me" "Yogscast move your sentry up" "Yogscast why do you suck"
A bunch of people always pronounce the X in my name as if it were completely seperate from the rest of my name. Then again, it's not every day you see words starting with x.
"brynnie" "brynine" "byrine" "benign" (over the mic) Either TF2's font is screwing with people or my simple two-word conjugate name is incredibly confusing
Someone once said that my name was the same name of a dildo
Someone once said that my name was the same name of a dildo
I'd hate to find out why they knew names of sex toys off by heart...
I usually get called Tinbee or Timbee on mics (nothing wrong with that), but oh good lord I can't count how many times people mistype my name as tribe. I can understand timbe (still irks me nonetheless), but tribe? C'mon guys.

I think I can see where they're coming from.
People get "Roo" right most of time thankfully, but for some ungodly reason I sometimes see "ro" too. Three letters is too much to process I suppose.
I keep wondering why people insisted on calling me Jordan. Either they think that Jordan is my actual name or they somehow read the x as a n the entire time. I wonder why it seems so common in TF2 that people butcher your names so often.
