Well, the hitboxes in this game are very buggy and there are some way to avoid from getting hit. Like crouching and standing up constantly will make the sniper be unable to hit your head when you are standing because game thinks you are still crouching. so you can pretty much make your hitbox go all over the place by jumping and moving left and right constantly, making yourself harder to hit.

That's a different issue. Hitboxes being buggy is down to netlag, even slight, of which bots have absolutely none. The aiming problems in tr_walkway come from the fact the visuals you are targeting from a moving animation, while the actual hitbox remains standing upright because the bot isn't actually moving anywhere, it's just invisible walls pushing them.

A lot of people call the spy playstyle relying heavily on sidestabs and other tricky moves as hitbox abuse with varying degrees of irony intended.

That happened to me once.

It was 1v2 on payload. I was a Pyro on Red. Despite the fact that they were making some decent progress with the cart, they were still accusing me of hacking because I was killing them more often then they were killing me.

Also, they didn't realize that the server had a 35% crit rate. That probably had something to do with it.

One guy once called me a hacker for knowing you can see around walls while you hide behind them with the 3rd person plugin (which that server later removed).

You technically still can. Hold your action key in with the High Five equipped and you can peek around corners (I use it mainly on the spy. I miss the days of pressing "taunt" while disguised moved you into third person so you can see around corners. Suppose the High Five is an all class version of it).
