Back before the Mann Co. Store Package, you got a free random uncraftable drop for every $20 spent in the store. Those weapons could come from it.

The thing I noticed about cheaters though is if you call them out, they'll just hide it.

So this is a conversation a friend and I had about the balance of the Sniper. This was really painful btw (I main Sniper)

Him: why does the sniper rifle have a charge meter
Me: So the Sniper isn't the most OP class in the game, one-shotting everyone.
Him: but it shouldn't take so many hits to kill some one
Me: Scope in and aim for the head?
Me: How would you feel if you were one shotted with a no-scope by a Sniper at close range?
Him: i'd be okay with it.
Him: what about the smg. it should take a minimum of 6 bullets to kill someone, not the whole clip
Me: Sniper requires aim? You should get at least half the clip into somebody if you have good aim, then melee them to death.
Him: but call of duty and battlefield's smgs are accurate to real life. they kill in a few bullets.
Me: It isn't Real Life Simulator 2, you know.
Him: but at least it shouldn't be so hard to kill someone as sniper.
Me: It's so the Sniper is balanced!
Him: that's what makes scrub fortress 2 so repetitive! its too balanced! activision, treyarch, and dice have it all right. valve sucks.
Me: Don't CoD and Battlefield try to balance weapons, too?

And so we argued on, reaching topics such as: "Why does the medic have an overheat where I can't use it?" (I've never heard of the medigun having an overheat!!! Everybody else who's played Medic that I know irl replied to me saying: "Yes, the medigun has an overheat where you can't use it") and "Why weapon balance is bad".
