Chances are if they come in and say "(selling|buying) x" they're only going to idle in spawn until they complete a transaction anyway.

Crates series 1-25 only drops the first batch of unusual effects (burning, scorching, sunbeams etc.), so it's possible he was aiming for that.

Yeah but even then you got a 99% chance of getting crap paint, a UNIQUE weapon or a cheap hat. He should at least pick one of the good low-series crate.
