Nothing wrong with having new players around.

TBH it Vacc isn't that big of a deal if you have a group of people with different weapon types. It's annoying when it's a 1v2 but if you're fighting a 1v2 against someone with a medic you'll probably lose anyways provided they aren't incompetent or random crits don't happen.

Yeah, if you're a class that doesn't have multiple types of ranged damage to switch between, you really shouldn't be fighting a medic pair alone anyway.

But yeah, you probably will get screwed no matter what the medigun they are using if your any other class.

I am getting so fucking tired of these "Engine Error: Out of memory" crashes since the last update. I don't know what to do anymore. I can't find a fix or a decent explanation or even anyone with the same problem. It happens after 5 minutes it happens after 90 minutes it happens when I take a screenshot, when a kill cam comes up, when I get an item, when I STAND STILL. How can it be out of memory? I have loads of space on my HD. How does a game go from stable to completely batshit meltdown in the span of one week.

Now mind you I did, to quote "Git a gud PC" but currently since I'm traveling I'm on my macbook. Now TF2 is generally known as unoptimized but I used to be able to run it on medium with a playable res on my MB around the Pyro update. Nowadays post skins and all that other stuff I can't get above 13 frames minimum everything. Rest in pieces the macbook from 2008 dream. P.S. Even my dual 770s sometimes struggle during the Halloween revamp maps because of the lazy LODs on new items.

So many binds, so many dank memes, many aggresive arguments, many people constantly calling out other people's loadouts and playstyles, a shitload of immaturity and humour for 15-year-olds since the average age on the server probably is around that number... Since it's a TDM fest, loads of people apparently take dominations and getting killed by certain weapons/classes super seriously, start raging in chat and proceed to tunnel-vision you with air-tightly-clenched buttcheeks until they get a revenge assist on you. Maybe I'm just jaded and not that young anymore, and can't get into the mindset of a teen gamer anymore, but Hightower servers (and Harvest ones, to a certain extent) have just always reeked of passive-agressiveness, dumb humour, and people that apparently have something to prove on a TDM server. I like the map as one that does lend itself nicely to DM-ing with different classes, but I really can't stand some of the crowd frequenting it.

I don't really like the dead of night on some classes tbh looks kinda forced and just doesnt look good altogether (engineer and demo's, for example)
