Don't worry, that's close enough. Definately looks like the Coil's the better option to go with the Hazmat.

Can't do the request right now, but you need to press f5 in the model viewer after trying to load stuff to get it to show.

FYI, if you're having trouble with TFMV, check out loadout.tf. You don't have to download anything, and it's simpler to use than TFMV.

If you're referring to the model viewer's screen being blank, just hit f5 each time you load a model and it should show up.

I've got it working now, and I've found the loadout of my desire.

the last breath has been kinda disappointing for a more expensive hat, wish they would have made more brutal looking items that can be worn outside of halloween/fullmoon.

If you're trying to recreate Dudley, yes, it looks pretty much the same. There should be a pic somewhere in the loadout thread, imma search it.

Edit: Found it, they're painted though, black if I recall. I also have an unpainted loadout in-game too, but sadly my videocard stopped working and can't show it anytime soon.
