Sorry about all the clipping with this, the Heat of Winter clips in almost every animation. In regards to your other question, I don't believe they are. The odd one might be if the equip regions allow it, but I think most of them are set to the same one.

Not exactly. I've got a method I worked out from a suggestion from a guy on the TF2 wiki. I take a screenshot of HLMV with a white background, and then another one with a black background. I then set the black background one to have difference blending. After that, I hold CTRL and click on the RGB channel thing, and then invert selection and set it as an alpha mask on the black background screenshot. I then just crop it and trim it to get it to the right size. This is all in Photoshop, by the way. Dunno how this works in other things.
