An Air of Debonair painted L'Homme Burglerre on BLU team comes to mind. As for the other 2 cosmetics, I have no idea what you should get.

I have this exact same loadout and I can assure you that it doesn't look like this.

The 6 grenades on his torso are gone, with Jugs Jacket replacing it.

You could say that I'm a weird-ass person. And I apologize for the grenades, removing them on the Gaelic Garb didn't work properly, and I completely forgot to remove them from the Juggernaut Jacket.
