I have the same thing months ago, I can't use it because it clips the shield with a bit of puffy parts.

some people make loadouts out of their own interest, hence them posting some but not all. if i saw an interesting engi loadout idea but a boring heavy one, i'd probably make the engi to see it myself
as said by doughnut TFMV is very easy to use and there's probably nothing stopping requesters from getting it themselves
