You are supposed to use an online url. Upload it to imgur or another image host first and then use the URL from that image.

This thread is made on request to take all the requests for loadouts that have been flooding the loadout thread. Here you can post your ideas for loadouts and a friendly person will try and make it in Gmod, Source SDK Model Viewer, SFM, or if a person has the loadout you have described then they will take a screen shot of them self in game.

This works to if you want to make your own.
