Demoman has a crown... but not much else in terms of regal wear. Spy and medic both have paintable bow-ties, so you could try them.

When you load the model, open Paints tab, and load the materials. When it loads, items with styles show up with more than one name. Click the first one and you'll see a line with [B]$baseTexture[/B] and the texture name destination. Change the texture name (the last name on the destination) with the ones on the paint tab and you're good to go.
