There's the Kringle's belt that somewhat looks like Bison's belt, but lotsa people say it's overdone, and the Kringle is expensive. Alternatively, there's the boots, so maybe something in that area, like just wearing a darkly colored Teufort Toothkickers. Also, since you ARE using mods, you could try and make a mod that makes the mantreads replace a misc, as M Bison does have black boots. If all else fails, just stick with one mod.
