HLMV (which Valve's tool, I don't have the source and hence can't modify it) only allows 4 model attachments max.

I'm going for a Detective noir-esque theme for my Medic, and the Mask and Wintermel do not fit in with said theme. The mech bag doesn't exactly fit with the theme, either, but until we get another misc that does for the Medic, I'll use the mech bag.
