Use [IMG] link to your image here [/IMG]. You can't use images on your computer, so upload them to Imgur or something first.

Oh, er, I forgot the beginners methode. Click on the [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/YykOA4j.png[/IMG] in the post menu and put the picture link (For example, [url]http://i.imgur.com/YykOA4j.png[/url]). You can see more stuff about BB Code [URL="http://www.facepunch.com/misc.php?do=bbcode"]here[/URL]. And for uploading images you can use [URL="www.imgur.com"]Imgur.com [/URL]. Hope that helps.

Mods do carry over into TFMV, yes.
