If it was paintable, only the white "fur" or whatever would be, since if you could paint the red/blue part that would kill the team recognition significantly

Stethoscope doesn't clip in the stomach as much as it seems in that picture, it's just a bad image of the stethoscope's jigglebones. Unless you mean the clipping in the collar, which is true.
Someone a while ago mentioned they were making a "space opera Soldier" and given that the Cow Mangler is probably the best rocket launcher I decided to make one too.
