May i ask, why does people put disagrees and dumbs in loadouts and then they ask loadouts themselfs?

Like Rainbowmaker, he/she Dumb'd Lagis loadout and then made his/her loadout, so what's the point?

(Also, i know they are gonna put disagree's and dumb's in this, but i don't care about that, it's just annoying it happens so much)

I don't get why does people put dumbs on my request? After all, It's made the same way like any other would do:
1. Some text explaning stuff
2. Showing pics
3. Thanking the loadout-maker early

My request had 6 Dumbs and Rainbowmaker had none. I don't get it.
