Dapper Disguise works rather well with the hood if you have Poker Night 2.

1st: paint it with Ye Olde Rustic. The stripes on the scarf isn't that noteable then.

2nd: I use the Dashin' Hashashin together with the Dapper's Disguise and either the Spats or the Made Mann, it depends which one I use.

Yea it does :D Tried it and loved it. Only problem is that the hood can't be weared with any of Spy's "shirts". Ideas? (I don't like Made man or Spats)
