Can someone come up with a good pubstomper-douchebag Scout loadout that doesn't involve any unusual effects? I'm planning on doing an IRL Halloween costume and I've decided to try and find a lime shirt for a Fast Learner, but I can't decide what headgear I should look for.
Also suggestions for other douche miscs would be much appreciated.
I do have a pair of yellow shades so I've got Summer Shades as well.

I think my hair's long and brown enough for a decent El Jefe though.
I'll go with a lime Fast Learner, Summer Shades, lime Essential Accessories and an El Jefe for now. I know that's 4 cosmetics, but whatever.
Feel free to give me other ideas, I'm going to focus on getting a good stock Scout costume first.
