This mod is not directly related to TF2 Classic. I'm getting tired of repeating that.
I did not say anything about that.
The HUD is using their bucket icons though so I will assume you used one of their builds as a base.

Weapon icon in ammo panel is just a single feature I ported from TF2C because I liked it, this doesn't mean that the whole mod is based off TF2C.
Some bugs I've noticed:
-The server will crash if a teammate is shot with the airboat pulse cannon. (not sure about the jeep's Tau gun though)
-The voices coming through monitors, such as when Eli is talking to Kleiner in the teleport room of the lab, are EXTREMELY loud.
-Monitors also don't show any video.
Is this mod possible for gmod or even Valve's TF2??
now I finally have been able to download it, I have Half-Life 2 installed but when I start it up I can only see TF2 maps, and when I connect to a server it says X map is missing, so I have to copy HL2 maps after all?

The first is definitely possible, it's been done before.
Sniper rifles zoom isnt working, theres no zoom and you cannot get out of zooming until you shoot.

Fixed now, as well as airboat gun allowing friendly fire.

Never experienced that, does it only occur when you're playing on a remote server (not your own local one)?

They're disabled by default outside of HL2. I've tried enabling minitors but they're glitchy so I left them disabled for the time being.
Also a quick question: Is there a way to allow dying? I'm just screwing around by myself and if I want to change classes right now it resets the whole thing.
Set lf_coop cvar to 0 before starting a server (or untick the option in Create Server dialog I just added) to disable Co-op mode.
I've also added difficulty presets, skill 1 for original difficulty, skill 2 for hard difficulty where NPC health and damage values are close to the ones from TF2.
Are you sure allowing red vs blu is a good idea at all?
I get the idea behind this, however it's just going to degenerate into mindless hateful DM and people might aswell go play normal TF2 then.
In your place I would just make BLU an optional skin to choose from, and keep everybody together.
looks good

Maybe it should go by l4d rules where the enemies spawn as slightly stronger versions of NPC enemies?
nobody likes to play as useless cannon fodder. might aswell drop the whole thing.
Followed all the instructions down to the letter, restarted Steam, I see "Team Fortress 2 Mod" (instead of Lambda Fortress) in my library and the game closes itself after the standard Valve intro.
Any clue on what to do?

You didn't copy everything from game/tf_coop folder from GitHub repository.

I did, actually. I even redownloaded it to be sure and it's still showing up as "Team Fortress 2 Mod"
Here are new Difficulty Levels. I tested them on my server with other players. There is a still problem with Fast Zombies and Torsos cuz those don't have their "sk_" commands (same with Alyx):
Difficulty - Easy

Difficulty - Medium

Also, I know I'm new here and I probably have no voice, but... Ability for Spy to sap Combine Turrets might be cool ^_^.
How can i make map for this?
there no fgd for tfcoop
i really want to test the npc,zombie,thinggy..How can i make map for this?

I like this mod, but whenever I host a server, with the teamchange button anyone can go to BLU. Can you fix this or is there already a fix? lf_coop is 1.

Enable autobalance, I'll fix that later.

Post links to pastebin instead of the entire .cfg file

Done and sorry.
It's nice to see someone try to pick up this idea again and make it work, and I'm keen to see where this goes. I've seen many revisions of this idea, with Kilburn's being the start but they always fell apart or the author gave up before full completion. My friends and I tried doing this in Gmod once using a late version of Kilburns' TF2 gamemode for Gmod, but we only made it as far as Odessa Cubbage's outpost before we gave up due to how buggy stuff still was.
Had fond memories of it though, especially bits of where we had to do a lot of kooky work arounds to make certain parts of HL2 work for TF2 characters, which led to some amusement:

That said, I wish you the best in getting this in full working order.

Seeing a picture of this makes me wonder, does this mod have a custom boat for the characters to use. If not that would be really cool.
that's a GMOD shot. it's a little different
physics never collide with players in tf2. You'll just pass through or get stuck in them

Ik its a gmod shot, but i was just saying that if this had a custom boat model would be cool.
Oh god, this reminds me of Orange Box for the Xbox 360 when the sv_cheats 1 was enable by default. People would spawn HL2 props and play HL2 maps within TF2.
Isn't the entirety of hl2's assets present in TF2?

Yeah, so far. I'll probably test it to be sure next time I'm able to play.
Glad that beta is finally released! I have been following this majestic project for a while, and I'm glad that I can finally contribute. In github I made some issues (bugs and suggestions) and made a pull request.
Cheers, Nicknine!
BTW, extremely loud monitors happened in my own server.
