No, my game is running on direct x 9 and this is not a problem for me in TF2C or in normal TF. Also Congrats on getting the game to work.
Your issue is related with the localization files ( the TF_ text thing) and the death notices

I have question for the final version of Lambda Fortress, are the HL2 textures, sprites, sounds, and music gonna be replaced with TF2-Styled? Also the animations like the gravity gun, and driving vehicles would be similar from Half Life 2 / Garry's Mod and modern TF2?
Bugs
When rollermine kill headcrab, the game get crash
When mine explode kill combine,crash
When combine throw grenade to me,crash
Wouldn't this of just been easier to do this within TF2 itself and just port missing hl2 content over to the current TF2 build while using Sourcemod and possibly an extension to restore functionality/fix bugs?

It's not nearly as easy as it seems. You can't "just port" HL2 content over to TF2, the code of HL2 entities (including NPCs) is missing from TF2. Besides, there's far more to it than just restoring HL2 content, there are tons of things broken in multiplayer that need fixing in the code AND some work is needed to make NPC compatible with TF2 mechanics AND some things need to be tweaked to work better in co-op mode.
You can't modify HUD via SourceMod either, the best you can do is show text. I'm pretty sure something like this wouldn't be possible with SourceMod:

I'd suggest separating the client from the source, or having a releases page because github desktop isn't reliable, gives too many errors and sometimes it tries to update other folders not previously included (like in this case it tried downloading tf2classic) because it's too big, for now I suggest using Github Folder Downloader to only download the needed folder
When it says to copy and paste into tf_coop_english, do I empty the .txt file first or add more onto the current code in there?
Will this mod support Episodic? EP1 & EP2?
i never beat EP2 and i want to beat it within lambda fortress
If this happens, erase the contents of your tf_coop/resources/tf_coop_english.txt file then go here and copy-paste everything into your tf_coop_english.txt.

Just re downloaded everything and replaced the contents of tf_coop_english with the link and still getting the problem
also, i use winrar instead of 7zip if that is a problem
Loving this mod right now, just the only issues I see are the lack of vehicle boost binds, vehicle super gravity (d2_coast_1, trying to ramp across the bridge, sudden nose dive, non-dedicated server on my system), antlions able to hit you in the car easily with massive damage (been a while since I've played hl2, don't remember exact hitbox) and the presently infamous text issue.
EDIT: Also, can't forget about the random crashes, I believe they are related to HL2 objects, explosives, and flying object damage.
Just found fix for TF_ text bug!
I took the the tf_coop_english.txt from PATCHLF.rar, replaced current file, emptied the file, then copy-pasted the PatchLF.rar code into it! :godzing:
Note to devs: bring back Path LF.rar

where is this PATCHLF.rar?

He's talking about an archive made by a 3rd party out of god knows what a while ago before LF beta was officially released. I don't recommend using that.

The one problem with the .txt is that difficulty settings still have broken text of Coop mode. Since it wasn't implemented at the time.
Quick note i found that the putting the text from the new tf_coop_english.txt into an older version of the file worked.

actually, i made it and sent it to Alphablaster
also as you can see, the problem was the localization file, thing that we said like 10 times and he was not able to fix somehow atleast until he just copy+paste the file

The funny thing is this it only worked by using the file from that earlier patch, attempting the copy-paste didn't work on a new scratch file or one from github
Bugs
In the d3_citadel_xx you can't get the prison barn and can't contiune it,can't get the blue gravity gun.
In the d3_breen_01 YOU CAN'T PLAY IT(BECAUSE TOO MANY BUGS:like can't contiune, gameover too fast when i open noclip to contiune this with friends.)
Please fix them and explode crash the server.
Dream:pyro can reflect, engineer can move buildings and upgrade them to lv3,spy can be more useful.

I've tried everything. Still getting this, and it's getting annoying.

Actually, yes and no, hl2 npcs can actually work in tf2 with some server hacks, their functions are there (the base functions) you just need to do the right things to get them working, and rebuild the others. See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Og9IDx2Q7HM
The only problem would be the flexibility, making this mod on tf2 would be harder, since you don't have the free environment that you have on hl2.
For people still having issues with the TF_ thing, replace your tf_coop resource file with this one

Yes, I can confirm this works, first we tried replacing the tf_coop_english from my slightly outdated version of Lambda Fortress across, still nothing, then tf_english, still nothing.
So had to compress the whole resource folder to a zip, then across to media fire (would have just copied it over as a file folder except Media Fire can't upload them for some reason)
fixed 'NPC in CS:S' extension by TheLastRevenge
Oh, yeah, I remember that one, I thought it was abandoned because the updates kept breaking it. Still, only base NPC code is actually present in TF2, the actual HL2 specific code is missing and had to be added through this extension.

Worked for me as well, thanks.
Would this mod go in the TF2 artstyle direction or the HL2 style?
Would this mod go in the TF2 artstyle direction or the HL2 style?
Probably both.
Edit: By thinking twice, well tf2 artsyle since tf2 is brought over hl2.

They're looking for modelers to make a tf2 style gravgun, deffinately going to tf2 side
