I still have a leftover set of jerry-rigged engineer animations for the medic shotgun They don't look perfect but they are eons ahead of what we currently have

I think the select screen like this looks very unprofessional, all the lighting on it is way too uniform, really doesn't make for a convincing look. At least get some actual custom models for it with proper material settings and it could work. If you want to stick to something like this, I'd think that something along the line of secret case files would be better than this blue grid screen

So I followed the instructions in the OP but TF classic doesn't show up in my games library? The folder is extracted into the right place and I'm subscribed to upcoming betas for the Source multiplayer SDK 2013. Anyone else experience this?
The new suggested thing feels like a downgrade to stock TF2, don't fix what aint broke.
The 3D Scout looks out of place (His color scheme). Furthermore there is now a photo and a 3D preview of the class. That's just too much. Maybe you can put some general informations about the mercs there. (Instead of the weapons* and the 3D model. e.g. Name / Location of origin / Motto / Job) Last thing: Right now you made a team selection for the 9 mercs. But what is about the civilian (Janitor/Guard)? *You should get rid of this because the selcted weapons can vary.
I think that the blueprint page in general looks kinda off - going with the folder theme, I thought it would look more like spy documents (or a resume maybe). I'd personally cut out a few frames as soon as he shoots, just to give it a real 'jerk'. As right now it looks unnaturally fluid. The rest is great though.

I can't join the server we're play-testing on, it downloaded the map, I get to "Sending client info..." before I get a CTD. I restart the game, and it still CTDs. What do I do?

(Also, team stacking is absolutely game breaking in 4 teams and it happens very often :/)

When I can, I'm going to mark the exit with a gameplay sign and the one way bottom door with obvious "NO EXIT" signs. That should clear things up for most people.
