Is there any way that I or any one could help the team make the mod ?

This is why I'm happy to design butt-tonnes of weapons. Heck, i already have, originally intended for the workshop.
It is quite possible that eventually we end up using practically 100% our own resources in the end. It depends on where we go. We can't choose this path. only time will tell. :P

I'm probably late but it seems there's a problem causing every server to have only one player per team (other players are shown a stop sign) on any map, which makes the game unplayable...

I'd respond if I knew what was going on, but I haven't even played the TF2C yet due to slow internet speeds...

Weapon designs aren't our current priority. Any weapon designs are previous work you have should be posted for viewing here int he thread. Don't just say "i can draw stuff" and then provide no examples of your work.
Oh man this entire project's gonna be good. It's a completely different take on tf2 without deducting huge amounts of gameplay! :)

Yep no worries. Just let me boot up the scanner. Only some of the weapons are supplied with a top view, alot of them not. Could prove a problem, but for now, as you said, not a top priority. :)

You should post these in the Emporium thread, they're pretty good. But we're aiming for the simpler style that the stock weapons have.
Aim for stuff more like these:

I cant spawn bots on a offline/lan game. Is this intentional or will it get fixed?

cause isnt classic was before bots was added to TF2 in a useable state?
