Nobody's made a decent rundown of the project in video form so i might take it upon myself to do it one day. Mind you i'll need to play for a while to catch up on content lest i end up completely uninformed on my opinions similar to the last guy to make a video on it

How do these look? Are they too bright?
I feel like both are especially bright in comparison to BLU, but the colors are exactly as-is according to the palette
I feel like I'm super late with this, and a texture fix was already shipped. Sorry if so.

I should probably change it so that Spy isn't blending into the ground's color. Although, then again, I suppose this is a fundemental problem that Yellow team as a whole has in general...

Well, I'm the only one who's working on re-adding HL2 NPCs and I'm not even officially on the team. Remember that this mod is open source so pretty much anyone can get the code and work with it.
The best time I had with this mod so far was the Mann VS Civilian thing we did on Ash's server.

make sure you have source sdk 2013 Multiplayer installed and set to -beta upcoming the main client then update 1.80 and 1.8.3.1 patch installed and when installing the update and patch it doesn't put a tf2classic folder in the tf2classic install folder if it does cut paste that folder to sourcemods folder

Well we are doing plain old Deathmatch where it's every man for himself. We could probably look into setting up Team Deathmatch.
I mean we've got design docs for 3 other new game modes and I've been wanting to draw one up for a Call of Duty "Kill Confirmed" type gamemode where you have to pick up dropped items when you kill a player, first team to "X" amount of collected items wins.
I've actually been working on a SourceMod plugin version of Kill Confirmed for normal TF2 for a little while now. I've got the functions for dropping an item on death done and that's about it. I ended up putting that project on the back burner for the time being.

you remove the "s" from "https"
As for the animation it's very stiff and has little character to it, I get it's a WIP and only consists out of key poses.
But it has little thought to it currently, why does he put his arm in front of him? where is the anticipation on the swing? Him hitting something gives no feedback on his body.

I know it's stiff, and I've never seen a fish get whacked so I thought of a man holding a fish down and beating it with a stick. Will put more work into it.
Try finding appropriate reference materials, might be some great videos on youtube where a crazy man beats a fish. From that point on you have a reference for your poses, slow ins and outs etc.

Textures are done btw, Badger need to do some minor fixes and they're good to go.
Why would you keep the Medic's syringe gun in the game even? You gave him a shotgun,I believe another nailgun is not necessary.

Because it's from default TF2, also the medicshotgun is OP.

I don't see a reason to make the syringe gun an option if you can grab a bloody shotgun.
I have downloaded the game but when ever i go on a server it crashes and when i make my own, none of the textures work and i have become a scout with only a rocket launcher please help
