Got a few questions regarding the HUD and other small UI things. Apologies if these have been answered in the past, I went through the previous thread and only saw people asking about the same thing. Is there a way to fix my hud cutting off at the edges of my screen? It seems too big for it, and I can't even see my ammo reserve. Also, hit sounds and damage text? Is that working? The options are there but nothing changes.

I'm using a 13'' Mac Book Air. When I download the 1.80 client and then patch, do I merge the two folders or what? In other words, what do I do with the patch? Also, when I tried running the game an error came up: Engine Error - Could not load library client. Try restarting. If that doesn't work, verify the cache. Another error occurs: Failed to start game with shared content. Please update these game first: Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer. However, I already update it. Can someone help me please? What I'm mainly confused by is how do I update the main client with 1.80? Do I simply extract files into a separate folder in sourcemods or do I merge with the client?
Nailgun and Cyclops will remain missing for a while, would love to get feedback on the deflects and redone stock icons.

Alright, so the two Civilian emblems I showed off were actually from 404's pack, unedited- just to give you guys an idea of what an HQ version of the emblem would be like- in fact I think Rebaccus originally did those vectors for her model. Now that I've gotten my hands on the GRN and YLW textures from this mod, I've done the emblems for those teams. In the current state of it, the lastest TF2C Client won't work properly. I'll make a new sourcemod that piggy-backs on TF2Classic named (foldername) "TF2Classic_HLCoop"

This is surely just TF2 characters playing Half Life. You guys should make your own thread with a unique project name and post your progress there, as beyond being TF2 characters, it's unrelated to what's being worked on in this thread and isn't being supported by this project.

The premise (Please correct me if I'm wrong here) for the half life co-op mode is something a few people here are working on just as a un-official game mode that people can run for their servers rather than some brand new game mode that's meant to be part of the main game. Think of it as similar to the community game modes in Valve's TF2, not official and not necessarily having to be fitting the theme. If people want to work on it, I don't see the issue, personally thinking a co-op campaign would be great fun.

I used to play through the game with the old Garry's Mod TF2 mod. It's not the idea I object to. It's the documenting of a mod of a mod in a thread that has nothing to do with it.

The image below is a realistic mockup of what multiple ranks will look like on the forum once I redo the coding side of things on the forums to add multiple ranks in: [img]http://puu.sh/h9hlX/eff2787dd1.png[/img] I'd like to do two columns, but with that "postprofile" bit screencapped above shrinking based on your monitor resolution, it would look awkward. One column is best. Believe me, I tested out two columns. Things get messy. As for ranks based on dev list labels, I've shrunk things down to this: [t]http://puu.sh/h9rLJ/01f358f611.png[/t] Artist consists of texturers, modellers, GUI makes, conceptual artists, etc. This way we don't end up with 30 different forum ranks, thus keeping the amount of ranks low. With PHPBB "groups" having a "group leader" option, that will allow me to set the group leader of "Artists" to the "Art Lead" ranked person, etc, etc. You get the idea. The Developer rank is given to anyone on the dev team. This allows for anyone in the Developer group to view the super secret subforum just for devs. From there, additional ranks are granted based on what each person does (so manual rank handing-out will be necessary). Everything branches out from "Developer".
Hey, guys, I just want to say this: I really like this mod and think you guys are nice, but, I'm worried that new visitors to this mod might think we're mean if we act to harsh to them. I'm just worried is all.
