The idea is something more compact and lighter than what you suggested,could be based off of the Franchi PA3 or Serbu Super Shorty shotguns. It should retain a shape more similar to the stock shotgun,not one similar to the Syringe Gun's shape. Not trying to be rude,just getting my opinion out there.

So I wanted to edit the medic shotgun animations in blender and when I import an SMD of the animation the armature breaks. Anyone know what's the problem?

When i joined to one server, there was like 17 on spectator because they cannot join on any team.
So it was just 1vs1.

Note to self: Turn on sv_lan next time you use a listen server. Especially when on a non-default map that people have to download.

there was a post earlier about the 1 v 1 where the server adfmin would have to set mp_autoteam balance to 0 and restrict the number of spectators to the server

I've been trying to host a UK Server but the server doesn't seem to want to appear, I know my ports are forwarded and what not.
There's a problem in 2fort where if someone is standing inside the bridge and shooting the bridge will flash.

Okay, I finally managed to install every update from 1.0.0 to 1.8.3.1, and there is still missing textures and crashes.
I set Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer to "upcoming-". Can I get some help?

Nice, but keep that in mind that updating the mercenary model is not your job.
I allready made the update but It's not uploaded yet.
(I'm about to update the GMOD / SFM today, and I hand over the update to the devs.)
(Before asking, yes I do fixed the physics and added gibs + viewmodels too)

look in the tf2classic if theres another tf2classic folder cut paste it to the sourcemods folder

There is only one folder named "tf2classic"

do you have sv_lan 0 in the start up cmd line and whats you external ip
