Sounds like a great idea! Along with the TIP, there's also a big bunch of other fixes out there that could be fun to add. There used to be a list out there that had most of them noted down along with links, but it's since been removed from Google Docs, which is a shame.
The SFM player models could be cool too for the high setting on models or whatever. Basically anything that improves the overall quality of the base game I guess.

Are you installing it on a second drive? I can never get Source mods to show up if I put them in my second library, but they almost always work if I make sure to install them on the main library.
Are you also making sure that the folder "tf2classic" is being placed inside "sourcemods" and that you haven't done something like just dragging in the zip file or using the "extract" function (which will often place the contents in another folder)?

look in your sourcemods folder for the tf2classic game folder and check the gameinfo.txt file is there, that could why it is not showing up

this is where tf2classic is on my pc F:\steam\SteamApps\sourcemods\tf2classic and sdk2013mp is F:\steam\SteamApps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer
I think I ran into a few bugs when I tried to play the other day, and I can't find a link to the TF2C forums website.
One of the weirder ones was whenever I taunt as Spy the camera zooms way too far out and focuses a few feet behind the Spy.

That's the one! My old link had expired (it was very old though) so I had just assumed it had been lost to time.
It's barely updated anymore (if at all) but still contains a lot of the bigger fixes and is an extremely useful in-depth resource to get an idea of what things could go in the base "Team Fortress 2 Classic" game.

Not sure if it is server settings or the maps broke when porting but ctf_well is only 1v1 on the vaultf4 server and the dm_compound in the uk server only allows 1v1 too.
The only one that i played and worked fine (got 5 people playing at once) was 4grounds in vaultf4

It could be a map thing looking at he server logs the map before dm_compound had 4 players on it then on load dm_compound nothing the log just closes

I dont think this ever happened since like, this one time when Michail hosted it and everybody imiediatly asked him to switch to Turbine as soon as they exited their spawns

Anyway, I'm adding color correction for maps that don't have it:

I am also thinking of including more color correction tables for people to use (from that TF2 themes plugin), with a bunch more map themes, instead of being stuck with only 2fort and well color correction.

THAT is how the true TF2 looks like.
So, how many weapons are currently implemented in DM? Is it just shotgun and rocket launcher, or are there more?
Am I the only one who prefers the shot WITHOUT color correction? It just looks brighter and more saturated, in a bad kind of way.

Technically all of them since it depends on the map and how you force players to equip weapons. dm_granary has rocket launcher, shotgun, pistol, SMG, and knife AFAIK.

I can turn down the HDR bloom (so the sky is less bright), but the color correction stays.

We had like 5 people so we didn't really played a proper match we messed around with the newweapons joined like the civilians and the merc and when the map changed to ctf_well the map was 1v1 ;_;
