If you check the damage thresholds [I]it doesn't even compete with the Syringe gun[/I] in terms of damage, the tradeoff being that it's simply easier to aim at most distances. The idea is for it to be a weapon scanner, for the "Pat down" function, i figured tying it to a PDA sort of weapon would make it clear that it along wiht its function is only available in the Espionage gamemode, as apposed to an inherit skill of the mercenary. It would also be easier to implement and use that an actual pat down
