The way it works, much like HL1 and HL2, is that the rooms do not always make sense in exact layout or where they are in the world and how they fit together with other places, it's just that they make sense on a by room basis. For example, red team has a spawn room, it's all high tech and has weapons and lockers, it leads into a barn, that doesn't make sense, who builds a computer room into the side of a barn? However, remove the spawn room and you just have a barn with hay in it and a few doors, that makes sense. In summary, each room makes sense on its own, slap them together and you have a TF2 map, it's wacky and cartoonish, but kinda feels like a real place. [I]Kinda[/I].

I've decided to go ahead and release dm_lumberyard before the next patch without the soundscapes. Just want to get something out there for you guys to play. I know there is still at least one outstanding lighting bug on some gutters but that will come later as well as the soundscapes.

look first of I don't think you're a member of the team so your magical knowledge of level of 404's contribution to the mod is quite funny but consider this:
our SVN, lotsa files, all of our forums (that he set up himself btw), and god knows what else is hosted on 404's personal servers
