When I'm playing the easier or normal missions, and some of the hard missions, I don't give a crap about what someone else plays. The problem is that most of the time during a very hard mission you'd be more useful as a more crowd control, damage dealing class then say, Medic, Spy or sometimes Sniper.
With Medic you're effectively down a man, since he won't be dealing damage at all, and most players can just buy crit canteens. Even if you go Kritz and share your uber canteens you'd probably be more useful if you just went Soldier, Demo and Heavy and bought your own crit canteen since you'd double the damage output. Healing is nice, but you already have a dispenser out there, and usually good players will play conservatively/ have health regen/on hit health and they won't need to be healed.
Spies don't gather cash nearly as effectively as Scouts since they don't get any health from it, they aren't fast so they end up getting hit with a lot of spam and can't collect all the cash fast enough, they can only backstab a few robots before they all turn around and rape him, the sapper has a ridiculously large delay after use that can't be shortened and barely affects giants, the dead ringer doesn't charge that fast since the bots don't drop ammo so you end up having to hide near a dispenser or grab an ammo box, and the only thing he does better than any other class is bodyblocking. He'll have to use a ton of points on speed, backstab damage, sapper radius, along with resists so he'll end up not being able to spend points on his revolver, which can be useful if he gets the crits-on-backstab and fire speed/reload but he won't be able to do that until late game if at all, and then he might as well just play a different class if he's going to want to do damage like that.
Sniper's a mixed bag. He's really good at slowing and giant elimination but when there's a ton of enemies it's hard for him to get a bead on people. He requires the most skill and is still pretty squishy if he decides to upgrade his rifle/jarate instead of resists and if he doesn't grab the explosive headshot and projectile penetration he really isn't all that helpful. If early on he gets those upgrades he'll usually have to forgo resists and if a wave decides to focus fire on him (even if he's far away a few heavies, scouts, demomen or soldiers can deal a lot of damage) he's toast. Also, the bleed on the hunstman does fuck all, and it can't use the explosive headshot.
I'm not a dick by any means, but if I'm in Mann Up in a harder mission and I see a team that's got a Sniper, Medic or Spy then I might ask politely for them to change classes, and if we play a few rounds and keep losing I'll just quit.

The only time people should overreact to MLP is when it gets shoved in their faces. Even when people spray MLP stuff on walls in TF2, they should have the sense to control their dislike for it and just spray over it with their own stuff. Amazing to see how bigoted people are about everything.
Reminds me of how my friend got banned from a server we were both playing on. He sprayed a picture of 60's spiderman with text on it saying "This is the kind of shit that makes people think you're a faggot," and Spidey was pointing at a spray that my buddy put his next to. Apparently whoever's spray it was, they took the message to heart, took a picture of it, and reported my friend for it on the server's forums.
He was perma'd for it.

Selling admin powers is one of the most stupid things you can ever do as a server admin.
Accused of hacking for getting a few ambassador headshots on easy targets. Someone else accused me of hacking in chat and said I had triple jump on spy. Kicked.
It's amazing how some people use aimbot on sniper. They're walking, looking at entirely different direction, then suddenly BANG you're dead.

Not really a thing I was kicked for, but in a server I frequent whenever THIS ONE mod is on he yells at people with over 200 ping with !csay, and then kicks them for having high ping.
Then he strokes his e-peen over being such a good mod even though literally the only thing I have seen him do can be done automatically by a server addon, without annoying everyone else in the server by using !csay every 5 minutes.
He's kinda desperate for making himself look useful.

Hate to say it, but that's understandable, you can use the canteens + dispensers to fulfill all the gaps that not having a medic leaves, so your essentially a man down as he doesn't have much firepower.

Scout collects money like mad and can do quite a bit of damage, and respawns instantly. Provides health with madmilk
Soldier does mass damage and can give crits/be extremely mobile depending on loadout
Pyro can airblast bombs, robots and giants to delay them(or kill them with pits)
Demoman does mass explosive damage and can set traps for priority targets
Heavy does mass bullet damage and soaks up damage
Engineer has sentries that do mass damage to choke points, dispensers to provide the team with supplies and teleporters to provide fast transportation
Medic keeps other classes alive, gives classes the ability to do insane damage, and can hold their own as combat medics
Snipers outdamage most other classes with 500-1000+ damage every two seconds, and 200 area of effect damage to boot(and provide minicrits with jarate). Good at taking down priority targets/giants
Spies kill priority targets, grab cash and slow down/insanely damage giants
(and heck, people more experienced can add even more to this list)

tbh a lot less people aimbot than you think. Unless they get consistant snap/instant headshots on many targets and are snarky about it, they probably just got lucky/they're good.
It's a lot easier to see if someone's aimbotting if they play heavy or scout, as generally they'll have no spread on the minigun and pistol

Got kicked from an unserious server cause I was being killed by the other team. Also got kicked from same server cause my friend was abusing his admin powers. (the two are closely linked)
So, I was on a server that didn't allow swearing. I was fine with that. I went on, picked scout and I was next to an admin in spawn who seemed to be AFK. It was pl_hoodoo. So, I run out to the cart and start pushing. I get hurt and run back to the spawn, I pass by the admin on the way, who seemed to be active again. He was setting up a teleporter. I stopped in front of him about to go into the high five pose, but apparently my team stopped pushing the cart, and Scout let out these words...
"What the hell, who stopped pushing the cart?"
Now, I thought nothing of this at first. I went into the high five pose and the admin looked up at me. He says in mic "Dude, no swearing." This baffles me and I say "What? Scout swore, not me. How am I supposed to control what he says?" Promptly kicked for "Swearing and then trolling".

Doing a sniper duel with an admin , got kicked for aimboting...
I joined a valve plr server yesterday as I saw it was on hightower and I had really, really low ping to it. Upon joining I see two guys on the enemy team with the same "clantag". I just play, killing them a few times along the way until I find myself on top of the tower with my trusty rocket launcher, them jumping me one at a time so I can just shoot them out of the air thanks to their lack of strafing.
One of them joins my team, votekicks me for "Scamming"
