there's these really stupid servers that were owned by some clan that I used to play on and their clan greeting was "*S*". If anyone not in the clan used it they got kicked. One day when I got fed up with their stupid shit I spammed it to get banned.

Got perma'd from a 2fort server a while back for dominating half the team with my Ubersaw, because the medics melee weapons crit like 95% of the time.
Reason? "Crit Hacks"
I got banned because I killed an invisible spy who was talking in his mic, he then accused me of hacking and I was banned.
I got banned from a 2Fort 24/7 server for Spawnkilling. It might seem like a fair ban, but I was the Medic healing the Heavy who was keeping the door open. And we stayed there for not even a minute. After, like, 20 minutes of game I got banned for that.
I should also say that the Heavy didn't got banned.
I was in a random trade server with a friend, and he got kicked for : "Spamming people's chat with voice commands." The server already had a plugin to hide voice commands from the public chat.

Got kicked for calling an admin a cunt on a jailbreak server for muting everyone on blue then doing a mic check, they got banned too. He then replaced blue with him and his friends.

One time a guy made a racist joke (someone asked what n&b meant) and there were some Russians on the server who didn't understand it so I explained the joke using the n-word to them and inadvertently got myself permabanned. Sentence was then reduced to 14 months with 11 months served.
I didn't get banned for this one but I got voted on. Apparently re-sapping a sentry is using the "sentry spam hack".
Another good example is when you get banned for having unusuals because "obvious scammer no way can he hav unusual hats".

I was banned shortly after by the owner of the server. Everyone was complaining about my "Aimbot" with the huntsman.
Just got banned from a server for doing a full 180 degree turn while demoknighting it up. Did a full circle around the middle turbine in, well, Turbine to nail a spy I saw that I had bumped into as I walked past him, and killed him. Obviously the owner saw this and banned me for "charge hacks". I would have screenshotted it but I was laughing so hard I nearly pissed myself.
I was banned once for playing Demoman and getting "too many points, I had to be hacking". I had like triple the second highest score, but it wasn't because I was hacking. They were just REALLY bad that time.
About four to five times I've been banned for "hacking" as Engineer.
Two or three times I was banned for "exploiting" as Engineer (Wrangler jumping 2 pro mang)
My favorite story is the time I was wranglering around on Voogru's server and instead of banning me, he actually coded a plugin on his server that specifically banned my Steam ID from using Engineer. :v: God that was funny.
Kicked - For camping in a spot on a minecraft map (pretty much a idle/trader server). I was sentry jumping for place to place for ages until I was able to reach a spot that probably only Demomen and Soldiers could reach. Some teammates took my tele and were all chilling out nicely. All that hard work... At least I got a screenshot before the admins came along, but come on, serious? Maybe Sentry was out of range too.
Banned - For "hacking", within about 30 seconds upon entering the server in setup time. All I was doing is running to the frontline. Wtf?
Freak fortress servers are a bad place to be if you don't want to get random banned.

So I was just kicked from an expert tour. Not because I was bad or being an ass though. I think this is the first time in a long time I've been kicked from TF2.
We had this 2 tour scout that had not upgraded his milk at all and upgraded his gun. After I called him out on the non-upgraded milk, I suggested we kick him since we had been loosing over and over to the same wave (5/7 Decoy) due to the lack of milk. This kid, "Mat, Chief of Botkillers" (Calling out his name because he was a huge shitbird), uses this and quickly calls a vote kick on me instead right as the vote to kick him pops up.
And because people just assumed it was for him, the proceeded to vote "yes" and I was kicked. Not really mad, but the moral of the story is to not announce your plans on kicking people.

Here's a stupid one. Happened to me twice by two different people, got be banned on one of the advanced MvM servers. I'll tell you the recent one:
I was about to complete my Robo Engineer Tour of Duty, I pick my usual Demoknight(My best class for MvM next to the Heavy) for the map. As soon as I got on a game in progress starting from wave 1 of 8. Match hasn't started yet so I get to the station to upgrade. As soon as I was done, some guy with a wheezy voice calls to me(I didn't have a mic working at the time so I text to players)"Why are you another Demoman?" Before I could text him that two demomen could work in a match, another guy in the most sterotypical nerd voice tells the guy "He's a Demoknight. Two different things." I told them in nice message "The Demoknight was one of my best choices in MvM. He got me through lots of matches since the first Tour of Duty even with two demos." Before I could get the second sentence in, they immediately voted to kick me, no hesitation. The asshole with the nerd voice told me "No, you're just an idiot. Care to have an second opinion? You have none." Before I could quickly defend my right to be on the map without changing to heavy, I was kicked, screen went black, and I was banned from the server. From that day on I wanted to give him a beating of a lifetime. Found out that the guy was an asshole to everyone, hence the poor souls who swore on his profile wall, and that he might go to my college.

I was a Medic, and was under the second spawn where people jump down, trying to wait for a teammate to come along so I could uber them and destroy a sentry at the end of the corridor. Hopefully you know the place I'm talking about...the same Sniper kept jumping down, trying to 1v1 me, I killed him every time. Shortly after I dominated him, banned from the server for "spawn camping." He was the admin.
Oh and once I got banned from a Japanese sever for not being Japanese, after being repeatedly insulted in very bad English "AMERICAN GO SHOVE HAMBURGER UP YOUR ASS AND FUCK STATUE OF LIBERTY LMAO" gotta love stupid, racist Japanese Otakus.
