Stupid reasons you were kicked/banned from tf2

I've got quite a few. Some from dominating an admin, some from my Steam name. (I use a blank steam name because it really helps stop those random adds/troll groups)

I remember a few times, ususally with fan modes.

I was playing vs Saxton Hale mode. Custom Map. Did a Sentry jump to a place where it be harder for him to get me. Only the thing I landed on floated away and I had a floating sentry nest. Within miliseconds of this happening, the community of said server got on my shit, I've never seen people so alert to this shit. Got pegged as Hacker and got banned.

Different fan mode, some Zombie Left for Dead mod. Entire point was not to have the other team touch you. I got banned for constantly using the rocket jumper and parachute to survive.

I came back and they banned me for not paying the rent.

I have the opposite problem, I try to votekick the 6th spy idle in spawn and nobody bothers to vote or if they do they vote no

oh my gosh this happens to me everytime. And then i get kicked because I backstabbed one guy and then got lost on snakewater. it was my first time playing the map.

I once got votekicked on my favorite server a few months ago for getting like 5 crit-rockets in a row. Also I almost got votekicked from a Scream Fortress server for "Scamming" after I almost got someone votekicked for 4 reasons, using 3 sentries, noclipped inside an invisible room, being invincible, and being a fucktard because "explotin is not hackn so not cheting"

Fix your resolution to the native, if the native is stretched, set it to a higher res until it looks good

I have it on native 1080p, it doesn't make it any less obnoxious to have a good chunk of your screen covered when you're in the middle of a fight.

It's pretty much a "friendly" server where killing isn't allowed except for specific times.

People say they get banned from there for stupid reasons a lot but from what I've seen it's grossly exaggerated.

I have no clue what you're talking about. Why would I set my game's resolution higher than my monitor's resolution? A better solution would be to find a way to make the voting hud semitransparent.
