To tell you the truth, that is the good part about TF2 on the 360. You can kill hosts as much as you want and they have to wait for the game to be over to kick ya

I was Heavy.
I got kicked from my favorite server for spawn camping as a pyro one time. I went back in and the admin said "Do it again and you'll be banned". I replied "Ok", then he changed his mind and said "You know what, you really pissed me off". Then permabanned me. He was a demoman and he had a medic.

One time I got kicked for "trolling", after someone asked how to use the Medic medkit dropping plugin during setup. I said "Right click, when not fully charged", but before I could get the "not" out he wasted his Uber. :E

I got kicked for being AFK on 2fort once. I was the only one defending as an engineer, and had my sentry set up in the basement. I scored about 10 kills in 2 minutes. When I rejoined, the round had ended. It took me 30 seconds to rejoin and there was no score.
Not TF2 related, but occasionally on HL2: DM I have been kicked for crowbarring the shit out of everyone. Yesterday I did it in a server, but instead of being banned/kicked, 2-3 people joined me in doing it. Awesome people right there.
Killed an admin who was probibly 6 and squealing over the mic.
I kept owning a spy with an engie, and he was the admin, and a noob. He always disguised himself as a Pyro like 2m away from my sentry. I killed him like 30 times and got banned for "hacking". :C
