Clearly the Banana is foreshadowing a future where the heavies take over the TF2niverse by being experimented on by medics. It will foreshadow an update where we learn that TF2 russians came from a planet with a powerful magnetic force that tears apart most who come into its range. The planet is from a timeline where the world was taken over by a lone gorilla born on a moon of Planet Russia.
The name of this update is "Planet of Heavy".
The new update inspired me to finally animate TF2 stuff again.

That still looks much better than that old model you couldn't even facepose and was the standard for years and years, just like THAT cursed Gabe Newell model that looked nothing like Gabe Newell

I might get myself to improve some of my old models maybe (some white bearded Gabe model would be fun, and new enhanced classes with my current texturing/modelling experience), but I wanted to work on the Guard Dog for a while now and some other TF2C models. University keeps me tight sadly.

That's a pretty spot on model but you just need to fix up the hair/muscle definition textures (especially on the chest/abdominal). Like the valve version:

Also the belt buckle is a gold oval rather than a silver square

YES! THE GUARD DOG! Just yesterday I was thinking why noone was trying to replicate the character. I once wrote to the original designer (a very kind person), and he told me that he lost the files, and also that he wasn´t going to redesign the dog. So is a good new hearing that someone is going to try it.
Also, we can see the guard from the tf2c with the guard dog xD.
Many characters still... the guard dog, the guard, the coffee worker, the scientist, the henchmann, the light and big merc, and also the other two concepts of Blatholtzen (the charger and the midget commander).
By the way, great job with the janitor.
