No AFK exists because people assumed valve put some measures in to stop the afking people meaning if you win a couple rounds / get some kills you'll actually derank further.

the 3 round thing makes kinda sense but I highly doubt it's actually real [editline]19th August 2017[/editline] would be stupid if you played fullteam with your friends but everyone is so bad that you never win a round and now because of that system you'd stay in the same rank all the time

ahahahah ok so check this out One of my friends who was LEM got supreme like one month ago, always being either first or second on the scoreboard and constantly winning with his not-so-shit team/clan. Since that moment he upranked to supreme he didn't lose a single match with basically 8 wins in a row with a tie here and there, until now. A few minutes ago he messaged me saying that enemy team had a spinbotter. Of course they lost the match but the real kicker is that he deranked back to LEM. What a complete joke, another reason to bail official MM.

If he wants results to care about, make a team and compete.

That's common in CS when you lose to a team with its average rank lower than yours.

And prime really isn't useless, non-prime mm is impossible to play so a majority of cheaters have been filtered out.

It's not really hard to get a prepaid card and get prime with that, there are even companies here that provide one for free which gets sponsored by ads.

They get banned, he loses Glicko-2 rating, next time he loses his rank updates. Remember, you can have GE on a silver elo account up until the point that you lose a match because you can't ever derank from a win.

If they're on the other team then you get to keep your rating. As for beating cheaters, if a cheater is at a given rank with more than a few games played then you can safely assume that they're as easy to win against as a legit player of that rank.

I just ranked up to LE again and now I got 3 15:15 in row on it. It feels really fucking exhausting but this is the epitome of matchmaking - it found perfectly matched opponents
