Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Chat thread: new thread on LAN? i arent think that
I assume that the only reason he's being held highly in that community is due to him being quite decent at the game, in my opinion.
My skill level is still not very high personally and I think I've got a long way to go before I get considerably better at the game.
It's because the average reddit person is objectively bad at the game and can't tell that WarOwl is a crappy pugstar.
Got a new mouse a few days ago since my old one broke and now i cant hit the simplest shots. Back to being a bot I guess.
All you global elites in this thread: when did you learn to see enemies through walls? I just played against this global smurf and he seemed pretty good at it.

Honestly that doesn't bust him.
Stuff on site is too far for ESP. Potentially sound emitter ESP could see that far, but it's 100% out of the bottom banana PVS. The prefire is sketchy yes, but the dude with the awp straight up ran out. Not exactly hard to prefire that.
Either way he has bot tier movement, but that isn't much different from most globals.

I've seen sketchier. More evidence would be needed to see if he actually was cheating
I can look through the demo tomorrow and try and get some more clips if you want.

Or just post the demo here.
How do you guys train your aim and git gud? I've been on a series of losses and it's honestly becoming quite frustrating. I jump onto aim maps and attempt to get my aim good but always in competitive matches the following series of events keeps occurring: win the pistol round, win a few more rounds then a downward spiral of losses until it's half game and then win the pistol round again, few more wins and then losses again.
I assume it can only have to do with me. Do you have any tips? Any practice sessions you recommend? How much time did it take you to git gud?
Edit:
My rank is gold Nova 2 btw

Lots of FFA DM. It's by far the most effective way to improve your aim. Unbind crouch and tab before you go in, too as well as turning on music and setting volume 0.01. You unbind crouch because it will then force you to actually make an attempt at moving properly rather than just crouching as a crutch when you see someone. You unbind tab because DM stats mean less than nothing. Playing with no sound is so that you're actually forced to aim rather than just prefire people in spawns.
Some good servers are Mer il et Fou (hosted in France), HSFactory (hosted in a few EU countries), and BrutalCS (hosted in Sweden). For NA your only real option is Fragshack.
Give it a few hundred hours and you will be at least somewhat able to aim. To git gud depends how you define good, if you just want to get global then that shouldn't take more than 1k hours if you actually practice. That isn't actually good by any stretch of the imagination though. Actual good is like semipro level, which can take anywhere up to like 5k hours depending on how well you practice and how good your hand eye coordination and braincells are.
Thanks Chubbs, I'll give FFA DM a try.
Luckily I don't seem to be checking my kills often and I don't always crouch when seeing enemies so I got that going for me. I'll apply the tips you gave me as well and see how it goes.
Thanks again!
This new trust factor is terrible, last 4 games have been nothing but screaming east europeans and team killers in supreme MM. It was good at first at release but it just gets worse. I dont even know why it gets this way, even if people flame i just mute them and keeps calling and playing.
[editline]23rd November 2017[/editline]
Last game they gave up after 5 rounds and started teamkilling until abandon then kicked me because i dont want to surrender.
I called that the new trust system will ruin MM again, and what did it do? exactly that.
It's hard to think that a system that apparently tries to match you with other players with similar playtime etc even works at all, played five wingman matches and half the time I've got enemies with only two games and csgo with 50 hours at most.
Again, who exactly asked for this? This feels exactly like MM did in the first week prime was available.
including the overall amount of time they had spent playing CS:GO, how frequently they were reported for cheating, time spent playing other games on their Steam account
This bugs me the most. I mean who cares if someone played a single-player game for 2k hours if it isn't affected by vac and they're free to roam around in the higher up of trust cheating out of their ass.

I have 1k hours in bad rats does that mean I'm more legit or less?

Newsflash: the VAC ban on my account is preventing me from playing on the FFA DM servers.
I can hardly remember any time I was cheating, if ever.
I raised a ticket with Steam in hopes they can unVAC me.

If it's a CSGO VAC then you're shit out of luck, but then you also wouldn't be able to play MM.
VAC bans from other games don't stop you from connecting to meriletfou or brutalcs dm's at the very least. Filter for either brutalcs,dm or mer,dm.
According to your steam profile you're from UK, so you shouldn't connect to fragshack anyway, and I don't think they still filter for VACs and stuff either.

yes
[editline]23rd November 2017[/editline]
Also I'm not saying anyone with 1k+ hours in a game and just bought cs is a cheater but it's bad way to measure trust in a completely different game.

Yeah I know and I agree. It can look at the total play time of csgo itself but not other games.
[editline]23rd November 2017[/editline]
btw, why the fuck does the game occasionally lock to 15fps? It just randomly goes from 350fps to 15fps once every few days. It doesn't happen often but it is ANNOYING.

make sure you're forcing vsync off in your drivers
sometimes csgo will randomly cause you to vsync to retarded framerates for no reason if you dont
So I tried negotiating with Steam support but they're not willing to nudge even just a bit for something that got my account banned 6 years ago. I swear it wasn't a cheat either, I happened to download something from the deep web at around that time and ever since my account's been banned. What a load of shite.
Someone help me out here :(

Get another account. Really that's all that can be suggested.

You have a single VAC for a game that isn't CSGO. There's no reason you shouldn't be able to connect to most dm servers.

Some servers, mainly those that need some additional anticheat client, won't allow you to join even if you got a vac in CoD for the custom server bullshit.
None of the servers I listed other than maybe Fragshack do that though.
Can confirm that some servers will prevent you from joining if you're VAC'd but others are completely fine.
Thanks for the help. Now I'm going to subject myself to constant amounts of pain for the next few months.
Fun.
[sp]if anyone wants to mentor me out of their own goodwill I would appreciate it[/sp]

I'd be willing to help you if you'd like.
Can someone tell me if those netgraph numbers are acceptable? Everything on my end is slightly delayed, as in I see the guy, kill the guy on my screen but the info comes in like half a second late and that's enough to get me confused. Server is official "polish" MM
[editline]24th November 2017[/editline]
im a dum here's the screen

sv is too high for 128 but shouldn't be an issue on 64
everything else looks normal, how stable is your ping?
I've love some help Chubbs, I'd greatly appreciate it if you could just let me know what I have to improve on after some matches together or similar.
In the meantime, have a look at a video I compiled together from a competitive match that went sour on Inferno:
