arent bullet holes and tracers clientside? so none of the shots would, theoretically, actually hit those locations? the demo would (if it's a GOTV and not clientside demo) show normal shots being fired, right?

There was a problem with steam yesterday, might still be that? Profiles didn't display and such.

I'm having insane loss nowadays, around 20%-50% (still playable but voices stutter, sometimes bullets dont register, and some sounds like footsteps and gunshots arent heard, the game is kinda "stuttery" too)

It's absolutely mind-boggling how bad Valve's programming is. I just got a new SSD so I installed Windows 10 to take advantage of the better SSD handling it has, and I've literally installed NOTHING but Chrome, and Steam.

I just got into a game with a friend, played 10 rounds, then got kicked because "you cannot connect to secure servers" lmfao. I verified game cache, ran the SteamService repair tool, allowed Steam/CSGO through my firewall, I even fucking turned off Windows Defender because I figured maybe that would cause a problem.

Nope, it's just Valve being fucking terrible again. I submitted a help request like a fucking idiot, but I don't expect anything even remotely useful or helpful to come out of it. How the fuck does this happen on a clean install?

I started getting stutters and corrupted files on cs on my ssd after some update. had to reinstall on hdd again and have long load times like a pleb again. Only cs having this problem too, other games on ssd works fine.
