only good thing is that the negev is pretty hard to get kills with during the initial spray. Perfect at stopping those second and third round rushes though :) And they did say this was 100% temporary to get people to test out the gun in mm and experiment.

This fucking negev is so fucking op like what is this, you can pre-fire and get cunts easy. Like what the fuck was valve doing when they release this, did they playtest this with a bunch of silvers or something or did they not test it at all? Are they doing a blizzard and only looking at "stats" to see if something is OP?? Im sure people were complaining when it was in dm and did they listen at all?? It's the fucking r8 all over again. I'm not playing this game until it's fixed.

Negev is fun but it's not too OP atm. If you catch the enemy off guard they're fucked ofc but otherwise it's a pretty easy one tap on their part.

People keep saying that they should use the beta client, there's a reason why they are not using it, it's because very few people used it + people wouldnt take the game too seriously while playing there. Obviously I don't think $2000 is a good price for the Negev but I'm liking the R8 so far. Wanna know how my first game went as a Silver? Every second round or so, a few of my teammates would buy a Negev, only to then lose the round because they don't know how to use it. Then it would be the neatest gun ever. Burst is such a fun mechanism and it's a shame its so underutilized. It's pretty strange that Valve are ready to add new weapon functions to the game like the R8 delay or pray(which I honestly kind of like the idea of) and LMG suppression(not a fan) but can't even do burst-fire justice.

bursting on a site close range on pistol round with burst on the glock in the funniest shit ever. It's either get easy kills because rngesus favours you or get shat on because nothing hits even close to the crosshair for 20 bullets.

Oh I think Glock is fine in burst as is, it's pretty deadly in a number of circumstances
