Playing MvM, join a Botbash game decide to go scorch shot pyro because it's botbash and who gives a fuck. Basically singlehandedly stop the chokepoint and keep the entire robot horde frozen. Medic quits halfway through for whatever reason and despite some truly epic last second bomb saves the team decides it's my fault there's no medic and kicks me. I've been laughing my ass off the whole time because scorch pyro is amazing I ain't even mad.
The way some of the response voicelines mix up is just the best. Such as getting ubered as a demo and shortly thereafter destroying a sentry:
Oh therey are going to find ye all dead in the alley, with KABEEEEWM
Or spamming Z-4 with engineer when a round starts:
Gotta move that cowboy up
Did anyone else try the Full Demoknight these days (Booties+Targe+Eyelander)?
If not, you have been missing something amazing. Seriously, if you get 3 heads. Even Scouts cannot outrun you.
It feels soo good when they ask you to change your loadout and be "More useful to your team" when your top scoring and are dominating most of their team.

i'll fill you in : it's stupid and pointless
pushing giants in a corner is not helpful if they're just going to live longer. if it lives longer, then it outputs more damage.
it's also extremely annoying to your snipers and demos who rely on robot movement to do damage.
not to mention you do little to no damage.
it's generally useless outside of very, very specific hot spots.

I hope you realize how much people hate you.
Mini-crits yo. The air explosion does 52 max on a normal explosion, it does up to 69 on a minicrit. Granted that's still only 129 together but still.
I'm so confused, every time I get the donk I see a 60 and an 81, like consistently. You guys sure the weapon didn't get changed recently?
[editline]29th July 2015[/editline]
Like maybe you're remembering from an old iteration?
But if I can hit a Scout dead on with the Loose Cannon and kill them with the followup explosion, that means I could just as easily hit them with the Loch n' Load and just kill them outright, without having to time anything.
I just don't see the point in getting good with the weapon when it doesn't seem to do anything I couldn't do more easily with the LnL. I guess the extra round in the chamber is nice? I just don't know if that's worth the firing delay to me - I tend to abuse my ability to pull off accurate "twitch" shots.
It's the same reason I don't use the Beggar's Bazooka or the Panic Attack - I guess I just like having a greater degree of control over exactly when I can pull the trigger.
...that said, if it's for a flippin' sweet pirate loadout, then I totally could get behind it.
Loose Cannon's strong point isn't damage potential, it's space control. The cannonballs being faster than loch grenades, having a gigantic hitbox, and dealing 60 impact damage with huge knockback make it so stupidly good at controlling space compared to stock. If you ask me, the thing is overpowered because it makes demo's job of not letting people into his face so easy.
My friend is telling me how good the Air Strike is and all of a sudden I find it.
the influx od airstrike users after the last update is relatively good. the weapon is now almost viable.
its a shame it still relies heavily on the parachute to get its full potential.
It feels kind of dirty being a Cannon demoman and being able to constantly push an incoming uber out of the chokepoint they are trying to get through for the majority of the time the uber lasts. But it also feels great :v:
I fell off Suijin and expected to fall to my death, but I somehow landed on a rock very close to the ground and stayed there for a few seconds until I slipped.
Such is the cruel nature of Team Fortress, but it was pretty cool.

My info game directly from the wiki. So either you're remembering when damage spread was still a thing or the wiki is wrong.
I got my mic working today and hopped on a server with a kid on his mic. We chatted for a little, he was new to the game and he kinda reminded me of me when I played as a kid. I offered to give him some weapons for classes that I don't usually play.
Felt good.
I stopped giving items to kids. Literally every one of them I've been nice and given stuff to inevitably starts spamming me with requests for more free shit which half of them just turn around and sell on trade servers anyways.
He keeps messaging me asking if I need a Medic :v:
It feels so good to be mvp #1 by 10 or more points
slowly getting better at TF2... hmmm
maybe I should get a decent computer and a decent headset with a decent mic and maybe a decent camera and also a decent/gargantuan mousepad and start recording stuff and putting it on youtube

The most common case of being MVP is when your points are 2x the 2nd place.

Or enemy team's MVP.
I love the people you can meet in this game.
I was playing in a turbine pub server i regular and i notice an impossibly good pyro on the enemy team, like the stunlock flairshot pyros, except this guy never misses a shot. The dude made it to UGC Gold in which explains the skill. The only reason im talking about him is cause he asked if i was the sourcegamer of FP. He gave me his fp username and i went on my way.
i just love chance encounters with other players though. its a small world

Errr, what's his name on here? :v:
Errr, what's his name on here? :v:
he said NameUser1
i checked, and the account seems largly inactive, unless he's a lurker. I'm inclined to believe that its his account, because how else would he know i go on this site
i've got so many mediguns from the gun mettle contracts i'm going to have a blast handing them over to newbies.

I think if it were as easy, right now, to make profit as it was in 2010, I would like giving shit to randoms as gifts...but man. Trading is like, completely unprofitable for the amount of time you have to put into it now. The only guys making profit (I'm still not even talking anything approaching minimum wage, I mean just like profit in a way that makes you feel good) are the dudes with 300 ref and every hat imaginable, selling for 1 scrap over bp.tf's price with 8000 auto-bumped ads on tf2 outpost, sometimes with the extra help of a trade bot.

Probably because everything's in the gutter except for keys. You can't hold on to valuable stranges for too long because they drop super quick. Before when a crate came out you could get a key or more for a wanted strange, now you're lucky to get half that because of how much money keys cost.

I used to scream in voice chat if I somehow airshot someone, now because of tr_walkway_rc2 and tr_rocket_shooting2 they're not really surprising anymore, I just get frustrated when I don't hit them
I only feel satisfied with bison airshots :v:
i still squeal a bit on good reflect kills.
I'll probably be alone on this but I think the Phlog is great. Flanking people with full Mmmph and being all over the kill feed is amazing. Bonus points if people call you a W+M1 Pyro or some shit.

I might be evil, but I like it more when the person who fired the shot is still alive and one or more of their friends is dead.
