Nothing feels better than hitting a full charged Quick Fix Medic while he is on the air with a sticky...
...A crit one that is. The dude didn't notice the sticky, which caused him to drop the uber.
Satisfaction can be put into words now.
This game can have great little moments; me and a heavy were fooling around while capping with voice commands and then i just went medic with him for like half an hour. Never met the dude in my life but we just turned around; communicated and dominated the game.
I'm loving this old community created map: Furnace Creek
It's structured similarly to Gravel Pit, in that the first two control points need to be captured before going for the third. It's got a pretty great layout, but the one thing I can't get enough of is that wonderful skybox.
I used to play this map so much on custom map servers, now you can barely ever find it anymore.
I really love the wrap assassin, its made me think differently about how I play Scout. I never usually use melee weapons, but I really enjoy causing someone to bleed. It's especially satisfying when I kill someone with the ornament.
It's an interesting experience to see people that you recognize, but have never really talked to before, on servers and to just see how they play.
For example, I think that I saw Omni from here on the forums on one of LazyPurple's servers a few days ago, and I also saw Pharaoh from 6cuties on a Valve server earlier today while trying to fulfill one of my contracts.
I get a huge satisfaction backstabbing the same Sniper as a Spy through out the whole game with a knife named "Tony Abbott's Policies" to the point that after killing them so often, I can watch them from afar become so paranoid that every 3 seconds they get out of the scope and run around trying to bump into me or fire pot shots in the area while I'm invisible.

There's this one guy I don't know at all, but I've seen a lot, on lots of different servers. His username is either RageGuy or RageSpy (iirc, whichever one of those isn't a Facepunch member is him, I get it mixed up a lot), he's always had an avatar of the Heavy with the Hound Dog, he plays a lot of Heavy, and he got a lot of dominations on me. Eventually I got good enough to stand a chance, though.
Haven't seen him in a while though, kinda disappointing.

There's a RageGuy on here with a Devil Car avatar that posts in the Smash Bros/Wii U thread I believe. maybe it's the same guy.

Bleed damage is great because it causes the player to panic a little, since snipers, scouts and water can't stop the DoT.
Speaking of bleed damage, I can't get enough of that Flying Guillotine impact sound.

Was my birthday today, so as per norm I had my steam name as 'Jarey - My Bday today!', like people do for their friends list to see. Someone shot me a trade in spawn, I assumed he wanted my flamethrower or something, but rather decline the trade as usual I accepted, nice fella called Bracket gave me a factory new King of the Jungle minigun and told me 'Happy birthday' :joy:

ftfy
i got 2 strange weapon skins for under $5 (field tested backwoods boomstick (shotgun) and king of the jungle (minigun) :joy:
Double machina headshot. The amplified ding noise and the map wide cheering noise are so satisfying.

That reminds me of when I was running around as a heavy with a medic behind me, when my friend bodyshotted me. I survived the shot but the bullet went through me, headshotting the medic.
One of my favorite things to do as the Spy is to disguise as one of the players being a 'friendly', and take advantage of everyone's trust.
And then I kill everyone.
:joy:
I didn't realise until i was fighting a soldier that the frontier cart eats people.
Fun surprise.

But do you kill the actual friendlies?

I still need to try disguising as a Gibus Sniper and pretending to be AFK.
same thing happened to me the other day, killed a spy and it turned out to be a kid.
i felt bad because he was actually quite nmice and listened to us when we gave him tips about playing and stuff
I remember one time me and a friend of mine went and pocketed each other as we named ourselves 'Grum' and 'Glen Tennis'. It was pretty fun, although the only person who recognized the joke was the one kicking our asses.
Its insane how much nice people are in this community
I met a scout about the same skill level as me and he started asking in chat how i got my aim so developed, basically interviewing me. It was rather unexpected, but it was flattering for him to ask my methods of practice. When he was hard on himself in chat for senslessy dying i told the dude that he isnt terrible and that there are some situations where you just cant get the upper hand on ppl. He asked me if i had bad days when playing and i told him yes, most of the time
Also the honorable mentions to people who compliment me for my skill when playing rather than calling me tryhard or other insults like im used to getting called. Its a really nice feeling knowing that theres someone who looks up to you. Sure its just a mere game, but there are people who dedicate most of their time to this game, like comp players
Me and a friend joined red team to help them when they were getting their asses handed to them.
Most of the blue people disconnected when we won. One of them even called us "tryhard shitfaces" for helping the team get revenge.
Sweet feeling of victory.
Edit: Me having more than 500 posts is a thing now.

That makes me wonder how many kids I've brutally murdered without giving it a second thought.
Which sounds absolutely amazing without context by the way.
thank god we're in context because that sounds creepy as fuck.
I fucking love whenever you finally kick that annoying kid that yells about w+m1 pyros and bodyshots the entire game. Or whenever that person on the team destroys them in an argument and they have nothing else to say.
I dunno about anyone else, but I love playing TF2 while high.
The kills just feel so much more earned.
