Learning how to use new weapons... by yourself. Quickiebomb/iron bomber demo just became a lot more fun.
What? Since they were introduced in the game i had them. They are the BEST demoman weapon. To get sentry AND people. It's crazy how i never knew how to properly play with default demoman weapon, but i quickly learnt how to play with them. They're beautiful, amazing, and powerful. Quickiebomb are amazing too but i hate the damage reduction on this one.

Isn't that kind of missing the point? Quickie is like a stickybomb launcher that behaves more like a grenade launcher, for use when you don't have a grenade launcher, and Iron bomber is a grenade launcher that behaves more like stickybombs, for use when you don't have a stickybomb launcher. Using both at once seems like it would just gimp you.

On my alt account, decided to play Sniper and suddenly had really good aim one round. Then this happened: [t]http://i.imgur.com/0CVHiaR.jpg[/t] Why cheat when you can get kicked for being too good
Google Translate for "Sie wurden durch Abstimmung aus dem Spiel geworfen" says something along the lines of "You have been voted off". The context probably could have been guessed from the post, though it doesn't seem to be a message from a community server.
Air Strike. Man, that thing is pretty much a straight upgrade to stock.
when everyone pulls out the righteous bison on one team [editline]10th May 2016[/editline] also i really love the modern cleaner's carbine
Absolutely rekking house on CP Granary as Scout. I find it much easier than on payload.
My first unusual unbox ever and it's this Genuinely stoked. Torn on whether I'll sell it or not though.
Now you can actually buy a gf with that money coming out of your head for the ultimate cosplay
So, i opened a Dad's Duds and went on an Valve pl_upward server to punch some sentries. In the first round, my team was getting pubstomped on defense, mostly by 3 guys with clan-tags etc. So, together with another Dad's Duds engi who i never met before i went to last and Rancho Relaxo'd around. After a few minutes, more and more engis joined our noble cause. At the end of round 1, we were 6 engis on our team. We went into offense with 7 engis, against the same team of pubstompers, and somehow, through tenacity and sheer willpower, we won that round. By the end of the round, there were 8 engis in our team. Round 3 started, someone suggested over voice that we all go Gunslinger, and before the round began, there were 10 engis plus a Soldier/Medic combo at the front, with a whole shitload of buildings not far back. If i remember correctly, i wasn't even able to build a teleporter because the spawn balcony was literally full of them. And the greatest thing was: We won. We somehow, against the same team that was stomping us only 10 minutes earlier, held first (or rather, slightly behind first) for about 10 minutes, or however long it takes for the round to end if they cap first. It was glorious, as if the common goal made everyone play way better than before. If anyone reading this was on that server: Thanks for making my day!
You could wait until the model update comes out for it, chances are there will be a big rise in price
After seeing Tinker's reply I'm holding onto it and renaming it to "buying gf". Holy shit I don't know why I didn't even think of that at first. :v:! Even painted the fucker purple. Now we're meme'ing.
napper's respite is like the chillest pyro hat
So, I unboxed some cases 2 days ago. Its my birthday and i finally had enough money to get my dream set! i feel so happy
Had someone call a votekick on me for no reason, but the whole team voted no and then kicked the guy who did it instead. A timeless classic :v:

When your team actually does something to try and win, and there's this one bitchy kid who is in spawn the entire time. THE RESULT:
playing mannpower i get regen on soldier, and i have the equalizer a vampire spy latches on to me, i back off to a corner so he can't backstab me we spend like 30 seconds hitting eachother, not getting anywhere an enemy scout with resistance is running at us with his bat out i get the greatest idea: i do the weapon taunt double kill
I know everyone says playing heavy is boring, but for me there is something so primevally satisfying to hear the cascade of bullets hitting flesh in a crescendo ending in a death scream. There's something even more carnally satiating when I clear a room in a really intense fight and just stand there with my minigun still revved up standing over a ton of ragdolls, just listening to the low whirr of the minigun over the silence. More games need miniguns like TF2.
You left out the part where you get backstabbed by a spy because you dared to not turn around every 3 second
more accurate
more accurate
Situation awareness is such a hassle
Situation awareness is such a hassle
when you have to sustain it to absolute cartoonish levels (like doing a 180 even at the same time as straight up shooting people) to counter brand new players, then why yes it is a hassle. miniguns are just shit on every single aspect from either side. well darn this is the wrong thread.
god bless valve for the Heavy class pretty boring sometimes but it gets the job done
It's pretty specific, but I love spies that more or less seem like they use that insta-redisguise after stab script. You know the ones. The spies that leave a nice smoke trail every time they cloak.
A Demoman that killed me got revenge on me. I found the Scottish Handshake right afterwards.
Pulling off a perfect puff-n-sting is still superduper satisfying, even if it's harder these days
