Sounds fucking useless
When I use a stock weapon, like the Rocket Launcher or the Sniper Rifle, I am always struck by how great the extra detail they put into their animations look, compared to the seriously lackluster new weapons.
yes the sniper rifle has this great broken idle animation that has been stuck in a little twitching loop for years pyro's airblast animation also hasn't been tweaked to accomodate the faster rate of fire and locks down if you continually hold down mouse2 not to mention the general c_model downgrades like here and here and here
Personally, the c_model system is a complete downgrade compared to the v_model system. You are limited to the stock set of weapon animations, and any unique weapon animations must be implemented officially by the TF2 team. V_models allowed you to have unique animations for each weapon model, not just a set of stock animations.
Playing on tf2center as sniper, i got bored while we were winning on lakeside so i pulled out my jarate, walked past the oblivious enemy heavy, his medic is panicking as he sees me running at him with piss in my hand as he backs himself into a corner, i drown him in urine and slice him in half with the bushwaka, the heavy mows me down and the entire team goes apeshit laughing because of it :v:
Sometimes I shoot near friendly spies in the combat area so they look like they're taking fire and appear more legitimate to the enemy. Only a few shots before switching targets to a larger "threat". I don't know if it actually helps, but I like to think it rules them out as a spy :v:
I try to do this as well. Unfortunately in the chaos of battle I think it gets lost pretty easily but I like to think it helps :)
Actually if the spies arent pretending to dodge it then its even more suspicious because it looks like to an enemy, that their teammate is being shot under fire and taking no damge, knockback, flinches or anything. Pretending to shoot a spy that isnt pretending to dodge it is pretty much the opposite of helping

You can do the weirdest things in Highlander TF2C :v:
Heavy giving sandviches to everyone in the server and does not kill no matter what
Are you in the wrong thread, friend?

Pretending to shoot a spy that isnt pretending to dodge it is pretty much the opposite of helping
I'm a bit smarter about it than that, I only target spies that are moving away, so it already looks like they're retreating. Generally they're at mid range too which explains the apparent inaccuracy against them, plus their disguises are already fake-damaged. A RED Soldier firing rockets at a "BLU" player (not in blast radius) who's "running away" is pretty damn convincing, due to how obvious rockets are and how easy it is to fake missing with 'em. You don't hit the "target", you hit outside the blast radius, and as such it looks like a friendly player has escaped.
There is a certain satisfaction in dominating someone spamming "rekt".
Please tell me you taunted afterwards.
I had a dream 2 nights ago, and it went like this: I was playing as KGB + Shotgun Heavy on a dustbowl-like map. I was going to town on a group of oblivious players. Everyone died, except for one Medic. No matter how many times I hit him, he wouldn't die. I raised my arms in disgust, and my heavy ingame did too. A sniper behind me had a very, very hearty chuckle for the rest of said dream. The day after I tried out shotgun heavy after using minigruvich heavy for so long. Shotgun heavy good.
Everytime
Is it Schadenfreude?
so turns out that charging targe + eyelander + bootlegger + average pub server = thread title also getting killed by a demo who has the eyelander, losing all your 25 heads and then killing him and getting 35 heads
Apparently lagswitches are still a thing, met a dumbass who had 30 ping and zero lag but every encounter he'd start teleporting around and taunting every kill funny thing is, he still ragequit when i stomped him regardless
At the start of a round my friend and I went pyro and ended up staring at each other with the Square Dance taunt, eventually more people joined in. [t]http://cloud-4.steamusercontent.com/ugc/38616415202221683/46A170327CAA03A59CDEF9EAE3EB7DF8CC4D2795/[/t]

Decided to roll the dice and try to craft a Nostromo Napalmer using tokens. Got it on my first try.
When you join an Mann Up game and everyone there has multiple tours and knows exactly what they are doing and the only cunt who was there leaves after the first wave and gets replaced by someone better and nicer.
Oh man this just happened and it was fantastic. I've been working on my rocket jumping and the Valve PLR server I was on ticked over to hightower and the teams are pretty bad. The round had just started and I was flying towards the enemy cart and I saw a Spy cloak as he was jumping off the stairway. I braced and swung when I thought was right and I market gardened that sunuvubitch in midair while he was invisible! As I leapt away I heard a faint "GHUUUUUUD SHOT MAN!" from the enemy demoman. It was beautiful.
When you're playing demoman and get multiple bottle kills. Happened in Badwater as Defence, the cart was on the hill, and we managed to keep stalling them. I was a demoman and somehow I just kept getting in the perfect position to beat people with my rum bottle. The best one was beating 2 snipers (they're so unaware), one of whom had a domination on me, and then taking a drink (taunt obviously) :v:
Today was one of those days I could snipe consistently. A pretty damn good day.
Yesterday I joined a community server with a friend. With a lot of Facepunch people there it was one of the most fun times I've had in TF2 in a while...
Me and another sniper paired up and consecutively landed shots with the Machina. We would both take turns shooting at the enemies across the map, and we both looked after each other's backs with his Jarate and my SMG.
Yesterday in a pub I met a kid named Ryan. Ryan was our team's sole Medic for most of the map (Granary) - he wouldn't switch off the class, but he'd keep playing it enthusiastically each time. Despite the fact that a lot of the newer players on our team kept baiting him into situations where he'd die, Ryan still played Medic. He latched onto me, the Heavy, for a large part of the game and he popped a few really good UberCharges onto me. I was pretty happy about that for whatever reason, and decided to friend him after the game.
Vince: hey man Ryan: hi dude. Vince: I don't know how to say this Vince: but I thought you were a pretty good Medic in that Granary game today Ryan: thanks man :D Vince: So I decided I'd give you some stuff to show my appreciation Ryan: ? Ryan: you srs right now? Vince: Yeah
He thanked me for a while and I told him to keep being cool. Seeing friendly people on pubs just really makes me happy for some reason and gives me hope for this game still.
