Not meaning to be an asshole, but that texturing you've done looks really bad at full resolution. The grey border, in particular, wouldn't look good at poster size.

its pretty much a personal opinion, but the whole bucket joke is more or less a meme. and while nobody says you can't do these, its basically on the same level as a "pootis" shirt.
i'd put a bit more effort on that other than simply recreating a single scene froma video.

You should either have demos arm out holding the stickie launcher or perhaps a detonation button.
Also perhaps have a few less stickies, you could have them on a cap point rather than a bowl.

Even still, "cake is a lie" would be very acceptable as merchandise. You can't expect people to abandon their jokes just because their fans were overzealous.

Likely that the eyebrows will completely disappear colour wise with printing.
Might want to tweak the contrast for that.

Except Valve explicitly stated that they were annoyed by all the cake jokes and made an effort to have no instances of "The cake is a lie" in Portal 2 at all.

First off, he was arguing that they did abandon the joke entirely because fans were making it literally unfunny by spreading it as a meme. In fact, they made almost no references to cake at all in Portal 2, except in one section where the recipe for the cake that was used in Portal's ending was part of the wall scribbles. I believe it was in a far off place you had to actually look for.
Also, yes, it would literally be a meme shirt, as "the cake is a lie" fits the definition to fall under the term "meme", just like a shirt featuring that retarded lenny face, the "lel" mispelling of lol, or anything like them.
Second, the way it's going, the bucket shirt actually looks interesting, as it doesn't seem to be just the line from the video, which is why memes are hated (most, if not all memes, had some context that made them so funny, there's actually a great video on the subject [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CaKYsLQ-98A]right here[/url]. It looks more like the Soldier is interrogating the bucket or is doing something to a similar effect, which isn't as bad, as it isn't just copy-pasting the frame of the Soldier holding the bucket or gasping and pasting the line

All those colors are too similar, I'd change the cap color to silver and the circle with text to a bright color. Having that same brown/manilla mix everywhere makes it all kinda run together. I'd also make the stickies brighter as well, bump up the cream spirit and make the red lines thicker. Also also, I'd make there only be 8 stickies, and have them be bigger.
