Back from the dead; decided to download Inkscape this morning and try out a T-shirt concept. [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/Lgrw2Q1.png[/IMG] I still need to learn how to layer multiple colours correctly (i.e. have them match up where they should instead of overlap), so it's just a rough job for now. Advice?

Yeah, maybe it gets more points if you know about Team Fortress 2, but even then, to everyone else that sees it... it's gonna seem kinda... well, gross. Imagine those people that wear a "Cool story babe, now make me a sandwich" shirts. There's literally no positive reaction or association that someone could have to those shirts. It's kinda like that. Just sayin'

I'm refining the axe, adding some worn bits to the blade and etcetera, but the pumpkin has proved to be very difficult to be made, at least for me :< I'm in the third try, but I haven't found a way to make a convincing one yet. I wonder if we can actually submit concepts for mechandising, rather than simply upload stuff. [img]http://i.imgur.com/NlLgq94.png[/img] i made this for last year's xmas and i'm p sure i'd look way nicer on most people than the current sweater.

What do you think? (agree for changing it, disagree to keep it blue). Also, I plan to make another one for demoman, and if the pyro + demo ones are well received, I might make the other classes too.

And here I thought that the merchandise workshop was simply harsh. [Edit] Actually I just checked and looks like they recovered somewhat, actually up to the 20% negative area now. But anyway, it's a new workshop, where all you have to do is upload an image. Naturally it's going to be flooded. I don't think it's weird to see any percentage ending up anywhere on any page.

I'm at a loss for what to do with the hats on the table, and I'm not entirely sure about the Triboniophorus. Thoughts? Spanners for keeping him, boxes for losing him. (Looking at the thumbnail now, I think I'd be quite sad to see him go. But the little bastard has been staring me in the eye for hours and I'm getting sick of it.) EDIT: I forgot to make the hat layers transparent, and pasted the image onto the t-shirt mock-up. I think it looks pretty good. Happy mistake.
