For comparison if you took the text off of box trot it'd probably fool twice as many people.
I think there's probably other ways to make it not blend into the map without necessarily having to have text on it

id love it if it loaded one shell at a time akin to the shotgun from timesplitters 3 [QUOTE][video]https://youtu.be/YU6NCnnQLyY?t=3m29s[/video][/QUOTE] 3:29 actually giving it more recoil and punch would go miles in terms of gun feel right now it looks like the sniper just pulls it back and shimmies it forwards a bit, it really doesnt read like a recoiling gun there's a reason timesplitters has guns that feel so good to use, mostly due to animation and sound design. you need to keep in mind how good it would feel to use that weapon in-game, and animate accordingly same goes for when he flings the empty shells out, it kinda looks like they fly out on their own, the speed of him pulling back the weapon doesnt match the speed of the shells as they fly back towards the user, which makes the shells look like they're acting on their own I dont know if it would be possible, but giving each shell their own bone and having them fly shorter and tumble down out of the gun would be a lot more believable and animate much better in fact for this very gun I would wholeheartedly suggest you look at the shotgun animation from timesplitters 3 considering the two weapons are almost identical in nature in terms of animations, and timesplitters has some of the best gun feel of any FPS, arguably on par with classic Doom in my eyes

[/QUOTE] yeah thats what i figured, I didnt really mean that first line as a piece of criticism or real suggestion as I was reminiscing about how fucking good that game is... frankly i like some of your old animations better the draw animation had more personality, the fire animation had more realistic recoil, and the reload felt more like the shells werent moving on their own i would take the original reload and have the sniper snap the gun back in a way to manually eject the shells using the momentum of the gun, that way the shells ejecting will feel totally believable and physically possible

I used [URL="http://clipartall.com/subimg/green-tent-png-clipart-picture-tent-clipart-5873_3158.png"]this kind of tent[/URL] though since i'd be easier to make its sides roll out/roll in when the sniper deploys it. also i strongly suggest it being a shade of green.
